Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before first usage; this ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. For devices with removable batteries, ensure they are properly installed before charging.

QWhy is there no response when my new device is charging?: A

If the systems cannot read the TF card, that might be because the tablet only recognizes some specific kinds of TF card. If only Android can read it and Windows cannot, there must be a problem of BIOS and you need to flash BIOS.

QWhy the SD card can only be read by Android OS but not by Win10 OS?: A
If you want the SD card to be ready on Windows10, you first need to remove your SD card, switch to Windows10, turn off your device and then reboot.

QWhat is the activation code of my device?: A
Now all systems are active, so there is no need to ask for an activation code. Your device can be used directly after you connect it to WiFi.

QWhy does the tablet always shut down by itself?: A
This might happen because of viruses, please try again after scanning and removing viruses by some anti-virus program.

QWhy is there no response after the keyboard is connected to the tablet?: A

QHow to switch between Android and Windows on the dual OS tablet?: A
In usual dual system tablet, there is an Android logo on the mission board, located at the bottom of Windows interface. You can easily switch from Android to Windows by clicking on the logo. If you’re using Android, just swipe down the screen from the top, right side, you will see a changing-to-Windows icon. Tap on it to switch OS.

QWhat can I do if the tablet can not be booted, while the coming logo shows up when charging?: A
