QWhy my new device cannot boot or start up properly?: A
Please charge your new device for at least 10 minutes or more before first usage; this ensures normal device boot and optimal operation. For devices with removable batteries, ensure they are properly installed before charging.

QWhy is there no response when my new device is charging?: A
It might be because it was not switched off after checking and ran out of power during shipping. Press the power button for 30 seconds to turn it on after you have connected it to the charger. If it doesn’t work, please try to change USB cable and charger. If all the above instructions don’t work and your tablet still won’t charge properly, that might be a trouble of software in your equipment and you need to flash it.

QWhy can it only recognize some TF cards whose capacity is smaller than the one in the description?: A
If the systems cannot read the TF card, that might be because the tablet only recognizes some specific kinds of TF card. If only Android can read it and Windows cannot, there must be a problem of BIOS and you need to flash BIOS.

QWhy the SD card can only be read by Android OS but not by Win10 OS?: A
If you want the SD card to be ready on Windows10, you first need to remove your SD card, switch to Windows10, turn off your device and then reboot.

QWhat is the activation code of my device?: A
Now all systems are active, so there is no need to ask for an activation code. Your device can be used directly after you connect it to WiFi.

QWhy does the tablet always shut down by itself?: A
This might happen because of viruses, please try again after scanning and removing viruses by some anti-virus program.

Pros:
Design, screen, speed and materials.

Cons:
Camera is not very good, and speakers. It's important to say that phone speaker is sometimes difficult to listen. Due to the size of the phone, I recommend to use it with bluetooth speakers.
