This was my first robot purchase so I didn't really know what to expect. After I got it set up, I began a test run, it’s really great product and never touch anything, it seems quite smart. I have all hard floors on my main level where it's being used with a few rugs. It had no issues transitioning to the rugs except for my shag carpet rug. When it was done, I was impressed by how much hair and debris it had picked up! My dogs don't shed very much but I have extremely long hair and it had no issues picking everything up!

Ottimo prodotto ricevuto nei tempi indicati, con un ottimo imballo.
Effettuato la mappatura della casa e la pulizia totale da APP o da telecomando.
Provate le funzioni di pulizia selettiva attraverso APP e con soddisfazione.
Ho solo alcuni dubbi su MODDING (lavaggio) e su WiFi senza router con un solo smartphone android, ma attendo risposte dal servizio di assistenza.
Unica nota negativa lentezza o per ora nessuna risposta da assistenza produttore

I took a lot of research before buying this 360 robot vacuum and decided i needed one that could use smart navigation, big suction, long working time, smart water tank, no go zone for sweeping and mopping, big capacity, storing many maps for different floors. also different water level mopping and different suction levels sweeping are needed. i will test it again and again.

I use my room up for a whole house cleaning and it does a wonderful job! I love it! and the battery still leave 61% after full charging. the sound is low and walk very smart and logical. and it took another hour for mopping with 30% battery.

Pretty quiet! nice vacuum cleaner & mop. automatic start, defining no go zone, ten maps, sharing with more people. better climbing ability and Up to 3 hours working time, on low power settings, If you have large house, better to buy it..

I am very glad I spent the extra money for this model that does not let hair wind around the rollers. With two dogs and the general dirt from my garden, my beige carpet and hardwood floors are now always clean, not waiting to be cleaned while I am spending my time doing other more enjoyable activities.

These came in perfect condition working fine. This is a really good robot ! I have not had any issues with this getting stuck anywhere, the self charge also works great.

It has a very strong ability to cross obstacles, no stuck anywhere, like the threshold and carpets, don't worry about it at all, and remember where it charging.
