    Super quick moving machine for small items.
    No problem with the MiniBot. The link to zhidian3d takes me to a site written only in Chinese. When sold as a printer for newbies there is not to be any instruction available after all the items on the TF card have been explored. It would be helpful if an instructional booklet was included in the box entitled, 'how to download and print files from the internet' and 'sites which tell you how to design and print stuff you actually want to make'. Perhaps this information is available on the zhidian3d site but I cannot find a way into it. The spool holder problem that Angus dispairs of is temporarily overcome by using only the left screw, and turning the holder so that it is vertical, then snug up the screw. The spool is now pretty solid and will not interfere with the wiring and the filament tube. Simples.

FAQ for FULCRUM MINIBOT 1.0

  • After boot, the word "ERROR" appears in the upper right corner of the screen.

    The screen displays the word error, indicating that the thermistor is not connected. Try to reinsert the interface cable on the back of the machine and restart the printer. If you confirm that the word error still appears after being plugged in, please contact customer service.

  • Consumables cannot be inserted into the feed pipe.

    Such a problem indicates that the head of the consumable is not straightened. Please try to straighten the head of the consumable as much as possible, or use scissors to cut a bevel in the head of the consumable, and then try to feed in.

  • During the printing process, the extruded consumables cannot be glued to the platform.

    This situation shows that the platform leveling of the machine does not meet the requirements, please repeat the leveling work according to the instructions.

  • There is a strong noise after turning on the device.

    The printer will suddenly increase the working noise after reworking for a long time, which is not a fault problem. Please wait for 3 minutes and wait for the machine to return to normal operation. The noise can be eliminated.

  • It is found that the bottom of the machine is hot during the printing process.

    When the machine is working normally, the motor will heat up. If the temperature at the bottom of the machine rises more than 50 ℃, please turn off the printer and check the working environment. If the temperature is still high after returning to room temperature, please contact customer service.

  • Breakage of consumables caused by extruder gnawing.

    First of all, unscrew the quick joint nut connected to the extruder, click the heating button on the frequency screen, heat the temperature of the sprinkler to 200 ℃ ~ 230 ℃, and remove the consumables. Then re-tighten the quick-connect nut and reload the consumables.
