    Budget Alfawise U30 3D Printer
    I absolutely love it. It came super fast, the package is very good. It comes semi-assembled. there are printed assembly instructions but they are not always clear, so I recommend to use the instructions that come on TF card with the printer - there are photos of the assembly process. Also there are a lot of videos on youtube. The quality is very fine, rigid aluminium frames, glass stage with teflon(?) layer, good quality motors and pooleys. Everything comes in its' place and I succeeded to assemble it with my son in an hour or so. It comes with a piece of PLA filament so I was able to test it and calibrate settings. Touch screen is super convenient and user interface is very neat and clear. It is very quiet during the work. I suppose that printing volume is ok for home needs. TF card slot located on the back so it is less approachable, but this can be easily tweaked. During the work it generates vibrations a little so better to put it on very steady surface. It's really fun. Print quality is good, extruder and loader work smooth. Bottom line: I think it is very good value for its price.

    Good Printer
    I really like this Printer, it worked right out of the box after about 30 minutes to assemble, mostly took this long because I wanted to make sure everything was right. I have had this printer for about a month now and so far so good. I like how easy it is to use, the bed level feature works pretty well. The one thing I did not like was the existing bed cover, everything stuck too well and would not come off, I tried heating it up a little and it did not help eventually i ruined it by trying to scrape too hard so I ordered some new plate covers after printing on plain glass, and now everything sticks perfect and also releases without issue. I have printed several things and they have all come out nicely. Well, to me they look nice compared to my Tronxy X1. The other day I printed my longest print ever, it was over 30 hours, printed the marble machine. It was pretty cool. See video for some of that print. My camera messed up a couple times so I only got some of it.

    Alfawise U30 3D printer
    Package arrived from Germany to Poland 4 days after the purchase. Product was packed carefully, thanks to foam buffera no damages are possible during transportation. Printer arrived partly pre-assembled already (main sets). Final assembly took me about hour and a half thanks to clip on youtube (printed manual could be a bit better). Printer works fine. I have another 3D printer for 2 years already and I can tell that I haven't expected quality this high as U30 :-) Alfawise printer is a good quality, properly desgined machine! I have used the Creality Ender 3 profile for Cura slicer (just modifying hot bed dimensions for 220x220). I just simply love it.

    The printer is awesome. Really fast assembly, well made. Good quality parts. I am surprised what I get for such a low price. It's not a budget printer by quality. Idea to use short bowden is genius. It lacks cons of bowden, got all the pros same time.
    I bought it for fun, but recieved really good printer for work!

    One word about shippping - nice. Second word - fast.

  • What if the filament does not discharge from the machine?

    1. After the machine nozzle is heated, the consumables are normally fed into the feeding mechanism by hand, and then passed through the Teflon tube to enter the nozzle.

    2. When it is found that the gear of the feeding mechanism emits a "beep" sound, it can first check whether the consumables are wound, causing the extrusion mechanism to pull the material.

    3 If this is not the reason, raise the machine nozzle and use the 0.4mm needle in the toolbox to insert it from below the copper nozzle and rotate while inserting.

    4. Under normal circumstances, this needle can be used to open the copper nozzle, so that the feed is smooth. The reason for this blocking is generally that there are impurities in the consumables, which leads to plugging.

  • When the machine returns the filament, it can't be returned. What should I do when stuck in the pneumatic joint?

    1. Before returning the material, please heat the nozzle first, and then withdraw the consumables as soon as possible. If you can't pump it, you can re-feed the material with the advanced material, and melt the extruded block formed at the end of the consumable in the nozzle.

    2. When withdrawing the consumables, before the end of the consumables reaches the pneumatic joint, we will usually pull the Teflon directly from the Teflon and cut the end of the consumables.

    3. Because the end of the consumables in the nozzle will be deformed by heat, if the end deformed consumables are directly pulled out, it may be stuck to the pneumatic joint or the limit switch for damage detection. (The limit switch for the broken material detection is single Towards).

  • What should I do if I cannot resume printing after power shutdown?

    If the power is suddenly turned off when the part is first printed, the machine will not save the print data. Unless the height of the print exceeds 0.5mm, the power failure will be supported. If the height is less than 0.5mm, it is recommended to reprint directly.
  • When the machine is leveling, the nozzle moves to the left, it can be leveled normally. When the nozzle moves to the right, it is found that the distance between the nozzle and the heated bed are very far or very close. If the spring is adjusted to the extreme position, it still cannot be leveled.What should I do?

    If this happens, the X-axis beam is generally loose. At this time, the hex socket on the right side of the machine can be adjusted with a wrench to adjust the tightness.
  • After the machine heats up, the filament is discharged normally. However, when the printing is performed for the first time, the curling occurs on the platform. After printing several layers, the filaments get out of the platform. What can I do?

    1. After the user gets the 3D printer, if the leveling is found to be curled on the first layer of silk, it feels like it is gently falling on the platform. It can be judged that the leveling is not adjusted, and the nozzle is too high from the hot bed.

    2. At this point we need to re-level, the quality of the leveling can largely determine the success rate of the part printing.
