  • What is the input voltage of Alfawise EX8 3D Printer?

    110V or 220V, you can switch the input voltage.
  • Can i change the nozzle to 0.2mm or 0.3mm?

    Yes, you can.
  • Why the nozzle can't reach the setting temperature?

    1. Turn off the fan;

    2. Check the heating line connection;

    3. Disconnect the heater from the control board. Use a multimeter (using the resistance rating) to test both ends of the heater. If the resistance exceeds 10 ohms, the heater is damaged.

  • What should I do if I cannot resume printing after power failure?

    If the power is suddenly turned off when starting to print the part, the machine will not be able to save the print data. Unless the print height exceeds 0.5 mm, we will support power failure recovery. If the height is less than 0.5 mm, we recommend printing again.
  • Why are there holes and gaps in the top layer?
