Very good printer but not for beginners

This wasn't my first printer. I am glad it wasn't so. You have to know what you're doing to get it working properly.

It has a good power supply, a good 32bit board and a great CoreXY system with an all aluminium frame construction. Be ready to get a better belt, print extra parts for it, get a better hotend and do a lot of tweaking for it to be a solid good 3D Printer. I went in knowing I was going to be doing that and overall it's a great printer once you put time into it. If you're looking for a good first 3D Printer I would recommend to get an other one. If you already have a 3D Printer, love tinkering and are looking for a second printer as a medium to long term project, this is the right stuff and I really recommend it!

My best 3D-printer so far

This is my best 3D-printer so far. It has a nice big heated bed and can handle big printing volumes.
The printer operates very smooth and quiet.
Assembly took about 4 hours and wasn't difficult. A good building instruction is included.

The touchscreen is very responsive and let's me modify every desired setting. It is full color, which makes it look extra luxurious. Overall this 3d-printer is complete, even a bed levelling sensor is included.

Gearbest has sent me a V4.0, which is the latest update!! The drive belt is now rubber and also the pulleys and drive belt configuration have improved.

I am very very happy with my purchase

Bruyante, trop de petites pièces bas de gamme à changer, ventillateur de carte mère impossible à brancher sans rajouter une rallonge.
Cable trop court pour un rangement optimal
Temp de chauffe trop long
Pas de vitre en verre.
Pas de wifi
Une imitation bultack à jeter direct.

Vraiment déçu par cette imprimante. La qualité et un poil meilleurs que mon ex Anet A8 totalement modifier avec E3dv6.

Je la déconseille comme première imprimante car une grosse série d'upgrage à prévoir.

The best printer I have so far, this printer is by far better than the Creality CR-10 S5 , if you are looking for a 3D printer go for it, be, be prepared to expend at least 4 to 5 hours assembling, when you finish don't rush to make your first print, don't forget to setup your "Z off-set", debug your printer manually so you can be sure all is the way it should be, enjoy, happy printing! ****.

Remek nyomtató. Ajánlom mindenkinek.
Voltak problémák amit a GB korrektül megoldott, szóval egy szavam sem lehet.
Szépen és pontosan nyomtat.

A változtatások amiket a képen és videon látsz ajánlott módosítások..

Not perfect, especially the packaging

The printer works, but there are some annoyances on the instructions manual. Nevertheless, can be built in one day easily. The problem is packaging. All the aluminum bars were bare, there were no protective sheet around them. some of them scratched, some paint was brushed off. Some sentences in the instruction were a little of. But in the end, it works just fine. Aside from the packaging, I'd buy it again.

The printer is basicly OK. Problems: PSU power isn't enough. I need to change the plate heating to 230V. The metal construction isn't the best.

Does Tronxy X5SA 3D Printer support auto leveling?

Yes, it does.
Does Tronxy X5SA 3D Printer support Break-resuming?

Yes, it does.
Does Tronxy X5SA 3D Printer have filament sensor?

It has filament sensor.
Is it Dual Z-axis?

Yes, it is.
What is the temperature range of the hotbed?

0 - 100℃.
Can i change the nozzle to 0.2 or 0.3 mm?

Yes, you can.
When heat bed start heating, the control board restart automatically

1. Check the choices of power supply 220 V / 110 V,according to the local actual situation.

2. Check DC power wire connect well or not(including both the ends of switch power supply and of control board ).

3. Connect the heat bed to the DC output terminal of power supply. Test the voltage by multimeter. If voltage less than 10 V. There maybe something wrong with the heat bed or switch power supply.
Why the filament can’t stick on the heat bed?

1. Paste high temperature adhesive tape on the heat bed or using 3D print heat bed glue.

2. The distance between the nozzle to heat bed is very important, please keep the distance is about 0.2 - 0.3mm.

3. Some types of filament need higher temperature of heat bed, usually PLA is 50 - 60 degree, HIPS / ABS / PC is about 80 - 105 degree.
Extruder cannot heat up to setting temperature, what can i do?

1. Check the blowing fan is on off or not when extruding, if on please turn off it first.

2. Check whether the heater wire connected well or not.

3. Disconnect the heater from the control board. test two ends of heater by a multimeter (using resistance grade), if resistance is over 10 OHM, it means the heater is broken.
Why the LCD show error characters?

1. Check the power supply grounding.

2. Don‘t tie the LCD screen to the other lines (especially the motor line) and let it be alone.

3. Check whether the LCD cable connect well.

Why not extruding at start of print?

1. Extruder was not primed before beginning the print;

2. Nozzle starts too close to the bed;

3. The filament has stripped against the drive gear;

4. The extruder is clogged.
Why not extruding enough plastic?

1. Incorrect filament diameter;

2. Increase the extrusion multiplier.
why there are holes and gaps in the top layers?

1. Not enough top solid layers;

2. Infill percentage is too low;

3. Under extrusion.
Why the 3D printer always overheating?
