Creality3D Ender - 3 DIY 3D Printer Kit

Primero decir que esta no es mi primera impresora 3D. Anteriormente había tenido una Prusa i3 Hephestos de BQ, que últimamente me estaba dando mas disgustos que otra cosa, me pasaba mas tiempo ajustándola e intentando varias reparaciones y mejoras hasta que finalmente, y después de los comentarios positivos de un compañero de trabajo y aprovechando la oferta y el envío rápido desde España de esta impresora, aproveché la oportunidad

1 - Pedido y envío: Realicé el pedido el miércoles por la tarde, y el viernes a la hora de comer recibía el paquete en perfecto estado en mi lugar de trabajo. El seguimiento de GLS / ASM no es que sea muy fiable, después de la notificación den envío ya no hubo ninguna actualización hsta que a media mañana del viernes apareció "en reparto". El embalaje es robusto y resistirá sin demasiados problemas el trajín que alguna empresa de repartos pueda darle.

2 - Embalaje y contenido del paquete: El embalaje es buano, como ya he comentado, y en su interior hay un acolchado muy adecuado de espuma elástica que mantiene todas las piezas muy bien protegidas y en su sitio. Hay tres capas niveles. Es sencillo ver bien todas las piezas un nivel tras otro. Ninguna pieza estaba dañada, abollada o rayada, todo impecable.

3 - Montaje: El montaje de esta impresora es impresionantemente simple y rápido. Muchas piezas ya están preensambladas, lo que facilita y acorta mucho el montaje. Realmente son 10 simples pasos a seguir. Si bien un motaje en 10 minutos sería excepcionalmente optimista, si que se puede montar sin problemas en una hora, contando desde que abrimos la caha jasta que podemos empezar nuestra primera impresión. Para montar la i3 que tenía anteriormente, tardé 2 días, para que os podáis hacer una idea de lo fácil que realmente es el montaje de esta impresora. Se incluyen todas las herramientas necesarias, con lo que podéis dejar la caja de herramientas guardada en el trastero, y se incluyen recambios de bastantes de los tornillos.

4 - Calidad de construccion: La impresora está realmente bien construída, es estable, y sólida. Los agujeros y las roscas pretaladadras no tienen ningún problema. Todo perfecto.

5 - Uso: Definitivamente, es sencilla de usar, el firmware es parecido a un Marlin estándar. No dispone de muchas opciones de customización, pero si de todas las funciones indispensables. De todas formas en internet existen instrucciones sober como realizar el cambio a un firmware Marlin genérico.

6. Calidad de impresión: Intachable, Para una impresora de menos de 200 €, le da muchas vueltas a la calidad de la Prusa i3, Incluso sin realizar grandes optimizaciones, imprime muy bien con el perfil estándar de versión de CURA mas reciente para esta impresora (no el de la tarjeta microsd incluída).

This is my very first 3D Printer and I love it!

Packaging came seemingly undamaged, however when opened, i found the Heatbed actually got damaged by the metal part of the spool holder. This must've happened during shipping. It's nothing serious.

Kit inclused tools needed for assembly. Not the best quality but seen much worse for serious money. Assembly was easy a quick even though i've never built a 3D printer before. I have some experience with things like this but even without that, this doesn't require any serious knowledge or skill. Just take it slowly and carefully, Make sure to check everything before assembly as I needed to loosen some screws to set some parts which were pre-assembled. There's a huge advantage to this DIY kit: Pre-connected mains voltage and good soldering on Heated Printbed (Many other kits comes with terrible solderings which is a fire hazard and in many kits you have to connect mains cables which is very dangerous if you mess it up)!

The printer came with an SD card (+USB adapter so you can upload your files on your PC via USB) with a dog model pre-installed. I tried that as my first print (After bed leveling and priming filament of course, you can find videos for these) for the first time it didn't print fully, as the part came loose from the Printbed. This was my fault. I checked the part and it was warping which happened because i put it ina cold room (12-15°C). So i built a crappy, makeshit enclosure around it using some pieces of cardboard and styrofoam and voila, the print went through! It's not perfect but for an unmodded, not fine tuned printer it's a great outcome.

If you want to start 3D printing and you like tinkering this is a very good option for first printer. Not too challenging, yet it gives, you the opportunity to tinker with it, print mods for it, make it print perfectly. And this, for the price of a few nights in a mediocre hotel.
Even if you don't have experience with these kind of things, you can easily make this work, just watch a lot of videos online, prepare before buying /while waiting for your printer to arrive.
Also! Buy some extra filament! The printer comes with a very small amount of white filament but... I havent even installed it on, it'd be enough for a very small part but not even the half of the dog model on the SD.

La stampante è arrivata nei tempi previsti con un adeguato imballaggio.
Si configura come stampante Kit ma in realtà richiede l'assemblaggio solo delle parti principali come montanti verticali, alimentatore, asse X, motore asse Z e alcuni cablaggi.

Assieme alla stampante vengono forniti tutti gli utensili per il montaggio oltre ad una indispensabile spatola affilata e un piccolo tronchese per i filamenti.
Fornita anche una micro SD da 8Gb con adattatore USB.

L'assemblaggio richiede circa un ora, le istruzioni sono abbastanza chiare ma alcuni video su youtube approfondiscono sicuramente meglio alcuni aspetti al quale fare particolarmente attenzione come la verifica dei corretti allineamenti e la regolazione della giusto attrito tra ruote e guide.


Una volta montata la stampante e allineato il piatto è praticamente pronta per stampare anche per un principiante.

Il volume di stampa è 220 x 220 x 250 cm anche se il fine corsa degli assi X e Y raggiunge in realtà i 235mm
Il piatto riscaldato ha un ottima aderenza, Si riscalda velocemente (le temperature testate personalmente per il PLA tra i 50° e 60°)

L'alimentatore ha un fondello chiuso con connettore per il cavo di alimentazione che evita quindi di lasciare esposti i cavi come su alcune stampanti Kit, è presente anche il tasto di accensione e spegnimento.

Lo schermo è in una posizione molto comoda per lettura e utilizzo dei comandi, peccato che il circuiti sul retro siano scoperti ed è ovviamente consigliato stampare un carter per chiuderlo.

il gruppo estrusore svolge il suo lavoro ma prevedo di sostituire le parti in plastica con delle nuove in alluminio così come un nuovo tubo PTFE
La qualità delle stampe è comunque ottima anche senza aver ancora effettuato sostituzioni grazie sopratutto alla struttura decisamente solida.

I wish the printed instructions explained there was an electronic manual with more detailed text instructions on the SD card that came with the printer. AND a short 3d rendered movie of the installation itself. I installed it following only the color schematics (v3) that were in the box and got a bit frustrated at times. It's not exactly a piece of cake, especially this being my very first contact with a 3d printer. I do not wish to imagine what installing one from scratch would be like, so I'm happy it came at least partly assembled. All the screws and nuts were stored in separate bags and clearly labeled. All tools necessary for assembly were included.

I had to back track a few times because what the schematics told me to do was impossible. For instance pulling the metallic ends of the timing belt under the mounted wheels was a no go, had to get the carriage out again and slide the belt in the extrusion first, then put the carriage back on. The Z-axis screw was also inserted later, from the top, after aligning properly the entire frame, not in step 4 as advised.

The base of the frame was not level from factory, but was easily fixed by loosening the screws on the bottom and tightening them back up after aligning the frame. There was no Z-axis misalignment as reported by other users, probably fixed along the way in later batches. In fact, I have not seen any of the problems usually reported with Ender 3 on my unit. Batch from November 2018 was flawless.

Everything considered, installing it was not such an unpleasant experience after all, especially after seeing it completely assembled. It really shines with quality and precision. I followed quite a few videos about leveling the bed and finally started using it. The first prints are incredible, very satisfied with this product. Cannot wait to put it to more serious work.

Andaba en busca de una impresora 3d para iniciarme en el mundo de la impresión 3d con fines recreativos, anduve viendo reseñas y vídeos hasta que me topé con esta Ender 3 que según las críticas se lleva de calle a la anet a8 o cualquier prisa i3, la compre por $3500 pesos MX más envio y la verdad es que está excelente, todo viene correctamente empacado, me he sorprendido de lo ordenado y bien etiquetado que están todos los componentes, muchos de ellos ya vienen preensamblados por lo que no importa que tú conocimiento sobre electrónica sea nulo (como es mi caso, soy enfermero y nunca había visto una de estas en vivo), el manual de armado te muestra una serie 12 pasos ilustrados (sin letras, ni instrucciones escritas) al principio parece complicado pero una vez que empiezas te vas de corrido, la verdad es que a mí me ha tomado unas 2 horas armarla por completo pero recordando que mi conocimiento sobre su funcionamiento es casi nulo además de que me tomaba mi tiempo para examinar cada parte para apreciar lo bien echo que está todo, al final te queda una estructura bastante sólida con perfiles de aluminio y aleaciones metálicas que no se tambalea ni un pelo al imprimir, viene con espátula, unas pequeñas pinzas de corte y toda la tornillería con sus respectivas llaves, no he tenido que tomar ni una sola herramienta de mi casa para armarla, incluye un poco de filamento PLA y una memoria de 8gb con un diseño precargado para imprimir después de que la hayas calibrado, me he quedado totalmente satisfecho con la compra, el envío ha tardado unos 5 días en llegarme (provienente de China hasta Chihuahua, México), escogí DHL por la buena experiencia que he tenido con ellos, pues en fin, super recomendada está Ender 3, me ha encantado, felicidades Creality y gracias por hacer la impresión 3d accesible para todos

Merhaba,
Ürün elime yaklaşık olarak 10-15 gün süresi içinde ulaştı. Ürüne 109,99₺ gümrük bedeli ödedim ve bence gayet uygundu. Cihaz kurulumunu yapıp 3d obje yazma işine giriştim ama maalesef bir çok denemem hüsranla sonuçlandı. Sonra biraz araştırıp yapışmama sorunuma çözümü tabla sıcaklığını 60-70 derece seviyelerine getirdiğimde sorunu çözdüm. Ancak bence bu cihazdaki en büyük problem taba yükseklik seviyesini ayarlamak. İnternetten gördüğüm herkes yazıcı başlık ile tabla arasında kağıt hafif tutacak şekilde desede bu ayarla yazdırmanız çok zor. Filament hep havada kalıyor. Dolayısıyla kağıdı extruder uç ile tabla arasına koyup çekmeye çalıştığınızda nerdeyse kağıdı yırtacak kadar boşluk kaldığında ancak düzgün çıktı alabildim. Bı cihazla yaşadığım bir diğer sorun ise auto home şeçeneğini her seçtiğinizde tabla ayarı için için uygun konuma getireceğine Z aksisini her defasında bir tık yukarı çekiyor. Ve her yazma sonrasında motorları cihazı kapatarak ya da cihaz ekranından motorları etkisiz hale getirerek Z aksisini el yordamıyla aşağıya çekip ekstruder kısmı tabla ile sıfıra sıfır ayarlamak gerekiyor. Makine kendi ayarlayabilseydi çok iyi olurdu bence. Çünkü bu şekilde siz her defasında tabla ayarını altındaki o dümenler ile ayarlamak zorunda kalıyorsunuz ve bu bi zaman kaybı. Bir de cihazı güncellemek isterseniz elinizde bir adet ardinio cihaz olmak zorunda. Bilgisayara bağlayıp yapmayı ya ben bulamadım ya da öyle bir seçenek yokki millet ardiuino ile yapmış. Neyse genel itibariyle alınabilecek (ev kullanımı için) uygun bir cihaz tavsiye ederim.

Prodotto arrivato in tempi celeri, in poco meno di una settimana era a casa. Premesso che ho scelto la ender-3 per tutte le recensioni positive che ho letto in giro e che questa è la mia prima esperienza con questo tipo di prodotto e quindi non riuscendo a fare un paragone, ho voluto dare comunque cinque stelle per vari motivi e le cose che mi hanno colpito di più sono le seguenti:
● semplicità nel montarla, basta seguire alla lettera il foglio delle istruzioni e si monta velocemente, all'incirca ho impiegato un'ora e mezza più un'altra mezz'ora per calibrarla
● robustezza, inizialmente appena tolta dalla scatola sembra che sia molto delicata e fragile, ma mentre la si monta ci si rende conti che invece è un prodotto molto robusto e una volta regolato diventa molto stabile
● metodologia per come è stata impacchettata, scatola con all'interno un ulteriore protezione, e poi tutto catalogato e messo nelle bustine, che dire uno spettacolo
● dotazioni, dotata di tutti gli attrezzi per montarla e inoltre una micro sd per poter caricare i file da stampare, all'interno della scheda sono presenti le istruzioni, video, programma cura e un file di test
Oltre a questi punti sicuramente ce ne saranno tanti altri, ma come detto essendo la prima esperienza, non riuscirei a fare una recensione tecnica, pertanto preferisco fermarmi qui e magari con il tempo modificarla e farla più dettagliata.
Un ulteriore nota positiva và data sicuramente al fatto che è migliorabile ulteriormente con dei piccoli accorgimenti, che non sono necessari per il corretto funzionamento.
Ora non mi resta che continuare a stampare e sfruttarla per tutte le sue potenzialità.

Très bonne imprimante 3D et très abordable.
Montage :
il est assez facile (tutoriels disponibles sur le net).
La visserie est livrée dans des sachets individuelles sur lesquels figurent la référence (type, diamètre et longueur de vis). Chaque paquet contient une vis supplémentaire ce qui est très appréciable.

Impressions :
les impressions sont de bonne qualité dès la mise en route.
Après quelques paramétrages, les impressions sont encore plus précises.
Surface d'impression suffisante pour la plupart des pièces nécessaires pour du bricolage ou l'amusement.
En fonctionnement le bruit fait par l'imprimante n'est pas gênant si l'on en est assez éloigné.
La montée en température s'effectue assez rapidement 2 à 3 minutes.
Quelques améliorations sont à apporter sur l'imprimante, des informations à ce sujet se trouvent sur le net ainsi que les modèles des pièces à imprimer.

Défauts :
- le plateau n'est pas plan et de ce fait il faut vérifier sa hauteur en fonction de la surface requise pour l'impression : le réglage habituel se fait aux quatre coins du plateau, mais le mien étant creux, les pièces de faibles dimensions imprimées au centre du plateau n'adhèrent pas. Il faut refaire le contrôle de la hauteur au centre au risque de voir la buse frotter sur le plateau aux extrémités. Il faut acheter un plateau en verre.
- le dispositif d'alimentation en fil est en plastique et assez rapidement se met à grincer. Il existe des "extrudeurs" métalliques.
- le bouton de commande est peu précis, il peut être amélioré en imprimant des boutons plus faciles à manier, des modèles existent sur le net.

1. Недотянутые винты первоначально собранной конструкции.
2. Нужна прокладка под двигатель оси Z (иначе винтовая ось будет перекошена).
3. Пластика в комплекте не хватит и на треть фигуры тестовой собаки записанной карту памяти.

Плюсы:
Хорошая цена (11300 р.)
1. Отлично проработанная конструкция.
2. Проект с открытой документацией.
3. Хорошая упаковка.

Советы:
1. Протянуть винты первоначально собранной конструкции (раму, крепление столика).
2. Подложить две зубочистки между двигателем оси Z и стойкой рамы. (см. фото)
3. Первоначально не затягивать, а только наживить два винта крепления пластины роликов к профилю оси X. Затем установить и прогнать вниз и вверх по оси X, и только потом затянуть эти два винта убедившись в строгом горизонтальном положении оси X.
4. Обновить по интерфейсу IPS прошивку принтера (можно с помощью Arduino).

Выбран данный принтер выбран был по обзорами из ютуба. В обзорах рекомендуют заказывать именно с Китая, так как разработчики постоянно улучшают конструкцию. Наклейку на стол заменили на пластину на зажимах, можно будет менять покрытие стола. В комплект добавили силиконовый термочехол для хотэнда. Крепление роликов стола сделали универсальным с эндер3 про и сделали квадратом в отличии от прошлого ромба. Держатель катушки феломента изменён, вместо трёх пластиковых деталей стало две. По поводу недостатков, так они описаны не раз, это фитинги и сама боуден трубка, рекомендую их сразу докупить. Остальные недостатки не критичны и можно исправить допечатав на самом принтере детали. До этого был небольшой опыт с 3д принтером зонестар, которого приобрёл друг, много мучений и допиливания. Теперь друг задумывается купить эндер3 в качестве основного, а первый оставить как запасной "чемодан без ручки". И последнее, ДОСТАВКА!!! Хуже придумать может только "почта России", компания iml отвратительно относится к клиентам, видимо из за договоров с многим интернет площадками на доставку решили, что они вот вот займут место почты. Три дня доставлялась по городу, да и то пришлось курьера самому вылавливать на другом адресе, иначе ждать пришлось бы более шести часов как привязанным к адресу. Тех. поддержка вообще сообщила, что у них есть ещё семь суток на доставку, так что их не волнует как сильно ждут эту посылку. В общем "большой привет и процветания" логистической компании IML но только без меня!!!!
