This system feels pretty good in the hand. It plays well with the controller and is overall a pretty great system.The battery life is far superior to most phones especially when considering the level of gaming i'm doing on it.

The bundled software is hit and miss. Virtua Tennis is amazing some of the built emulators work OK but the controller itself is compatible with so many emulators. Truth is my phone is more powerful than this but...it doesn't have a built in controller which is honestly pretty much the best thing about this device.

Suggestion

The system buttons can sometimes creak. The Device is a finger print magnet but apart from these very superficial things runs great feels great and looks great.

Buena consola te corre el PPSSPP, configurado en resolucion minima pero te corre, juegos como gta san andreas, gta 3 y vice city, de android los corre a resolucion maxima y al maximo en graficos y va fluido, la duracion de bateria esta para darse un fuzcaso, Dura muchísimo, (me duro 6 horas seguidas jugando a brillo maximo y volumen maximo, corriendo juegos de altos requisitos) es una tola, Estoy esperando la "Gpd XD 2" ojala venga mas poderosa que la Nvidia shield

No es mas poderosa que la Nvidia Shield.
Dura mucho la carga, pero tarda mucho en cargar.

I was trying to decide between the GPD XD, GPD Q9 and the JXD S7800B and I'm very happy with my choice. The XD appears to be a solid well built unit with a great little screen and boots extremely quickly and has a good responsive screen. Played a few emulators and all worked without a hitch. Installed Reicast (Dreamcast emu) and played a bit of Crazy Taxi 2 and it ran flawlessly.
Also got delivered from the EU warehouse and received in just a few days.

The unit itself - none
Came with a very dodgy looking 3 pin adapter but charges straight from USB anyhow so no need to use.

- Very fast, good processor
- Was able to easily play games up to PS1 and PSP with no lagging issues and a constant frame rate of 60fps
- Easy to carry around and battery life is great for my day of playing
- Gamepad mapping is incredible. I can play android games without using the touchscreen, making it so much easier to play.
- Can broadcast on castable device and play on a bigger screen.

Suggestion

- Filled with a lot of bloatware, but was able to remove easily without hassle
- Most games will not fill up the entire screen, giving you more of about 4-4 1/2 inches of screen

This thing is incredible, plays everything I've wanted to play for the last 20 years. My old systems don't hook up to my new tv, so it's great to be able to play then on a handheld, as well as on my tv, via hdmi. Gearbest had my product in my hands sooner than they said by about a week, a great surprise. Now I have to order a couple more to give to my brother and friends as gifts.

- Hardware bom, rodou GTA San Andreas e The Wolf Among Us sem travamentos, além de todos os emuladores do Android até o Dreamcast;
- Bateria muito boa, dura um dia tranquilamente;
- Possibilidade de usar os controles até mesmo em jogos sem suporte a joystick com a função de mapeamento dos botões;
- Entrada mini HDMI dá a possibilidade de transformar o XD em um console de mesa retrô

Maravilhoso aparelho. Emula todos os consoles e por ser portátil e feito para jogar você se diverte em qualquer lugar.
Não me arrependo um segundo dessa compra e indico totalmente.

Wonderful device. I can play every game of SNES, N64, PS1, Sega Roms. It is portatible and you can play in anywhere. I fully indicate this purchase. It's worth having one at home.

It has not support bluetooth technologies, so you can not use your bluetooth phones for controllers.

It's been a couple months since I started to use it. The battery is a monster. The android system is good for personalize according to your prefferences. I did'nt use the native Happy Chicken, but installed a Launcher and downloaded the emulators.

Suggestion

Well, the Android System is outdated: 4.4. The RAM hasn't enough clock to play PSP and DreamCast Games in a moderate quality. It came with a good box and a screen protector. It's possible to connect it to TV by Hdmi Cable.

Excellent hardware. Perfect for console emulation (until year 1999 consoles approx.) and for android games.
Pros:
Good performance and battery.
Analog sticks are incredible.
Buttons and touch screen are extremely responsive.
Good performance even on bigger apps.
Good speakers.

Suggestion

Cons:
Unfriendly personalised home screen, barelly forcing you to download another one to use the device properly.
Old android version.
No bluetooth.
Could heat on first charging attempt. Pay attention while charging!
