Приобретен в феврале 2017г. Постоянная эксплуатация в соответствии с требованиями изготовителя. Механика в норме, нет вопросов. Через малый срок эксплуатации вышел из строя лазер-модуль. Компания GearBest компенсировала средства потраченные на ремонт модуля. 9 месяцев бесперебойной работы-ОК. Поставил вентиляторы на обдув зоны прожига и охлаждение платы управления. Из фанеры сделал стол и расчертил его в клеточку. Очень помогает в работе. Мои благодарности компании GearBest за помощь и сотрудничество.

In the box, all parts are carefully divided by type and packed to avoid scratches or accidental shots.

Not for newbies or child.
Missing the assembly instructions. Poor software documentation for use.
The "Benbox software" has not met all my expectations.

Собрал раму, а потом отдельно другие узлы и установил всё на раму. Правда переделал крепления натяжки ремня. Не понравились винты 3мм с гайкой. На их место выпилил и приклеил из оргстекла фиксаторы. На снимке видно, как это выглядит. Теперь фиксировать ремень стало удобно, одним винтом. Лазер нормальный, правда надо самому подбирать параметры для материала и рисунка.

Нет описания в программе для настройки работы лазера, в каком режиме и на каком материале . Приходиться пробовать то одно ,то другое, то третье.

This Laser kit was everything that it was as advertised, package came very organized and complete. All parts were included and I found them to be of high quality and assembly was fairly simple after viewing u tube videos. I highly recommend this product for anyone thinking of getting into learning the hobby of laser engraving..
Ordering was very easy and will not hesitate to continue doing business with this company and supplier.

Suggestion

Due to International business no instructions were supplied and a set of assembly drawings or pictures would have been helpful even if they had no instructions. The addition of drawings or photo's of assembly steps along with viewing the video would make this product very simple for anyone to assemble.

Powerful, practical and great fun to engrave on a number of surfaces. Really versatile in terms of what it can engrave :)
Lots of fun testing it. The engraving tech has improved so much these days, really just happy to have something that fits my hobbyist mindset.
Good for people who like to experiment and personalize a lot :)

небольшой размер и более-менее мощный лазер. Пришлось повозиться с настройками и установкой, но все заработало. Для домашнего использования по мелочам вещь очень неплохая.

Im really pleased with this ..it does what its ment to and so far i have spent many hours burning engraving..although in the description it says it cannot do glass it can.i do glass by lightly spraying matt black paint on the surface first then clean off afterwards

No instructions on how to assemble and run but do some searching on google and youtube and younwill see how others set things up

unorganized information - All the information is available but you need to sort through a few youtube videos to get all of it. They should have 1 video that covers it all. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.
