Insta360 ONE 4K Panoramic Camera for iPhone / iPad

This is my first VR camera. It is compact and slim. Two side-cameras make it looks very cool. The camera comes with a protective case. It can be easily stored in my backpack without the worry of damaging its lens. What’s more, the case can also be used as a tripod to hold your camera.

It is very easy to install the software. Just plug in my iPhone, it automatically finds the app. You can also find the tutoring in the app, like how to get your first shot, how to set the camera… It also has two modes to take photos. First, you can plug in your phone, and it can take a 360-degree selfie without rotating your photo. The image will be saved directly in your phone. Second, it offers Bluetooth mode. You can set the camera on a tripod or hold by a selfie stick and use your phone to control it.

The photo and video are really nice! It is 4K! It is definitely worth its price. It comes on the last day of my snowboarding season! I took tons of photos and videos. I compared them with my friends’ video. I found it super clear and stable. Then, I know actually this camera has smart track ability to trace your body. So it will always center yourself in the video.

The Insta360 One has it's unique differentiating hardware and software features!

Firstly, on the hardware side, the Insta360 One casing can stand vertically and stably by itself, or it can be attached horizontally via your phone's connector so you can see what the camera lens is seeing on your phone. You can also protect the more fragile, protruding fish eye lens conveniently by sheathing it into the casing cover. In addition, the innovative, new video setting called bullet time video is so fun! It let's you take slow motion video of your surrounding by letting you attach the camera at the end of a string and swing it around. Lot's of fun!

Software-wise, the image resolution is impressive and there are a lot of new features that I haven't seen before that let's you take alternative image angles/ perspectives. If you want to treasure your memories, I recommend this product to capture your life in all it's immersive 360 glory!

I really like this little 360 camera! The ONE is very easy to use, I could either use it as a standalone unit (with Bluetooth remote control) or snap it onto my phone and turn my phone into a 360 camera. With just one click, I can take fun 360 pictures & videos without worrying about getting the prefect frame. Visual quality is great too, especially when I take photos in environments with good lighting. What I like the most about this camera though, is the ability to easily edit content with the ONE app & can export photos/videos either as regular fix frame content or in 360. A lot of my friends are not used to interacting with 360 content yet, so having the flexibility to share creative none-360 photos/videos is huge! If you are looking for a 360 camera with good imaging quality & easy editing & sharing, I would definitely recommend the ONE camera！

My first 360 camera and I have no complaints so far. I like how they fixed many of the issues people complained about in the past. Makes you feel comfortable knowing they listen to users. It comes with a nice multifunction plastic sleeve to protect the lenses, but does not protect the camera as whole if dropped or placed in backpack. I tried several different hard shell cases on Amazon, and finally found one that fits great...”Oakley Small Soft Vault Sunglasses Case.” The cylindrical shape is perfect. There is no padding inside and the case does have a small bit of extra space where the camera will move around a little. However, I just added a some foam padding for extra protection and the camera doesn’t move at all.

I bought this after seeing some of the videos online. I was slightly skeptical because it seems like you need to have some great video shooting skills to create quality videos. But after using the camera, I was instantly able to create similar quality videos to what I saw online! I really love how easy it is to use… The camera auto-erases the selfie stick. It makes it seem like you have a small drone following you around!
I was able to live stream my son’s graduation to the rest of my family who couldn’t make it and it’s as if they were with us in person. I’m impressed with the editing software and OBSESSED with the planet mode – spherical images are my new favorite!!
