Living alone, I'd been toying with the idea of getting one of these robot vacuums for some time... work would leave me exhausted by the end of the day and when the weekend finally arrived, the last thing I felt like doing was housekeeping.
My folks had recently bought a home alarm system through Alfawise (on Gearbest) and I was quite impressed with the quality, so when I saw this unit going on Flash Sale for 32% off (coupled with a $10 coupon I found online), I finally gave in and bought it. Very impressed so far!

Pros:
Cleans more than I thought - I ran it for about 30 minutes and the bin was absolutely full! That doesn't say much about my housekeeping skills, but it does mean that this thing works!
Connectivity - Using data or a wifi signal from anywhere, I can call up my vacuum, turn it on, activate a particular mode and change the cleaning power. What's also great is the "Show Map" feature, which lets you see the progress of the vacuum and also if there are any problem areas
Value for Money - This normally retails for ~$250, which means it's a bargain at full price (seriously, with 1800Pa suction power, other units are often twice the price). Considering I got it at a Flash Sale and with a coupon, I paid $159.99
Mopping - Actually does a better job than I thought it would
Auto-Recharge - I realize this is quite a common feature amongst robot vacuums, but it's still very cool and a massive plus for me

Cons:
Furniture - In order to maximize it's potential, you may need to spend some time placing furniture out of the way so that it doesn't cause chaos for the vacuum. I have some bar stools that I put up on the counter and it turns a very crowded space into a much easier environment. That said, I have to move furniture when I vacuum normally too, so it's not really a con
Rugs - I have some throw rugs and a few of them are quite light. The problem is when the vacuum goes over the corner of one of these rugs and gets it wrapped around its roller brush. On the two occasions this did happen, it sorted itself out pretty quickly, but I've taken to picking up the throw rugs before running the machine now

Pros:
- excellent value per quality of products.
- Dry cleaning is good (have 3 mods: low, mid, high) and collects a lot of dust.
- Don't miss a spot and cleans everything.

Cons:
- Wet cleaning is average.
- App is poor.
- Can't set virtual walls.
- Map resets every time it starts cleaning. Also after cleaning, it map shows wrong spot of my robot, which is in a dock station nat hthe moment.
- If robot gets confused, he stops working and says "place me in an open area", then he starts cleaning everything again (even if he cleaned 90% of your place).
- going home function is not very clever. Robots just goes by edges to dock station.
- cant clean just the room you want.

So this is my first robot i bought. At first I was disappointed, cause he didn't wanted to work normally - in narrow corridor (1.4meter width) he got confused and just stopped working saying open me in open area. But somehow, later he started working normally.

It cleans my rooms (~40 square meters) in about 30mins and uses 20% of battery. This is in Auto mode which i use usually for cleaning my whole flat.

Modes:
- Auto. This is the mode I use daily. Robot just goes kind of 'randomly' but also 'line by line' everywhere.
- Spot. Tried it once, but didn't noticed pros of this mode.
- Room. This mode is more for cleaning a single room i think. just leave it in a room ant it will clean it and also will do edge mode by running twice on edges.
- Edge. Runs o edges only.
- Recharge. Robots goes back to its dock station. Robot just goes by edges thought the rooms until he find a dock station nearby (like a meter away). So it can take like 5 minutes if he is at farthest room.

The dust tank is quite big and it lasts me for a week, and i use it every day.
Tried wet cleaning once, but it's not as effective as cleaning by my yourself.
Robot don't bump to the walls, just to the table legs or other smaller parts.

Remote control. Sometimes i control my robot with it, but you have to be near a robot ant point to it directly in order for it to work normally. And also it loses control many times: you press to go forward but after 1 meter it just stops.

App. I personally don't like it.

Overall, i think it's a good product for a price. But I wont buy it again - I would choose more clever robot (which don't have cons i wrote above).

wir haben den Alawise V8S Pro nun jetzt seit 3 Wochen im Einsatz, und sind sehr zufrieden mit dem Gerät.
Die Saugleistung mit 1800pa ist vollkommen in Ordnung und die Lautstärke ist für uns akzeptabel. TV schauen ist dabei möglich.
Der Staubehälter ist aussreichend groß und mit Hepafilter ausgestattet. Haare und der gleichen nimmt die Bodenwalze sehr gut auf und lässt sich gut reinigen.
Die Wischfunktion ist sehr gut auf allen Hartböden, vorsicht hier bei ist das er keine Teppicherkennung hat, und somit den Teppich wischt!
Die Navigation bewältigt er recht gut, auch mit vielen Hindernissen im Raum.
Das verbinden mit dem WLAN klappte ohne Probleme bei uns und auch die Sprachsteuerung über Alexa oder Google funktioniert, allerdings nur starten und stoppen.
Andere Befehle kann man aber als Scene über die SamrtLife App hinzufügen. Über die Raumkarte die der Roboter erstellt wenn er saugt kann man etwas schwierig sagen wo er war und wo nicht, diese finde ich nicht sehr übersichtlich gestaltet, dort besteht Handlungsbedarf! Die Karte wird jedesmal neu erstellt, somit kann man auch keine Zonen zum nicht saugen (wischen) erstellen.
Allles im allen ist der V8S Pro aber ein wirklich guter Helfer im Haushalt und hat uns in dieser Preisklasse absolut überzeugt!

I was writing a beautiful review, the best I had ever written, detailing my experience so far. But a design flaw in the app (a tiny button with an X in its center, which I didn't see, right next to the text box) made me accidentally erase the whole text. And I'm not writing it again, haha.

So, I'm really liking the cleaner. It's not perfect, but it's still amazing. My floors are very clean, especially after using the wet mop option.
I have no wifi at home, so I can't test the App function.

I got disappointed when I googled for extra brushes and filters for this specific model, and couldn't find any. I got in contact with Alfawise, and they said they don't sell the pieces separately. What???
Here on GB I found brushes and filters for the V8S model, but wasn't sure if they were compatible with the V8S Pro E30B. Until I saw a comment saying that they are. So I bought some. I'll find out if they fit or not in a few days. By the way, the cleaner's shipping took less than 2 weeks.

I just erased the whole text again. The fricking button has a huge vertical touch area: the whole height of the text box... Ay ay.
Fortunately I had copied most of it. Most of it...


In short:
- Very good cleaning quality and build quality.
- It's smart enough. It's not perfect, but I'm still impressed.
- If you want extra parts (brushes and filters), you can buy the ones for the V8S version, they are supposed to fit (they are made by GoComma, Alfawise doesn't sell the parts separately).

Veramente un grande affare pagato circa 150,00 euro compreso spedizione veloce DHL arrivato da un deposito Europeo ha impiegato esattamente
4 giorni ad arrivare. Sono convinto che se Gearbest riuscisse ad usare più spedizioni da depositi europei, allora riuscirebbe ad essere più competitivo
con il colosso Americano che spedisce con consegna il giorno dopo per quasi tutta l'Italia.
Il robot Alfawise V8S Pro è veramente una sorpresa molto positiva tanto da meritare 5 stelle di valutazione. Premetto che ero in possesso di un, ormai, vecchiotto
Robot Aspirapolvere che non mi aveva mai convinto completamente tanto da lasciarlo in cantina e continuare ad usare l'amato "Folletto".
Con questo robot, invece, mi è tornata la voglia di usarlo. Bello esteticamente, silenzioso e preciso.
E' un modello molto evoluto, app di ultima generazione, ricarica veloce, aspira con grande precisione, gli angoli, incubo di tutti i robot, vengono puliti
con onestà, niente miracoli, ma vengono puliti.
Il pacco arriva con una serie di ricambi ed accessori, compreso un inutile adattatore presa europeo, che lo rendono un grande affare, migliore di tanti
altri, più blasonati, robot aspirapolvere. Provato appena arrivato si dimostra molto silenzioso, ci sono comprese persino le due batterie per il telecomando,
caso molto raro per questa fascia di prezzo. Sono stato così soddisfatto da ordinarne un'altro da regalare a mia sorella.
Istruzioni multilingue compreso l'italiano.
Lo consiglio vivamente.

Aguardei alguns meses de utilização para poder assegurar uma opinião de utilização efectiva.
Este aparelho efectua uma limpeza de qualidade. Desde a aspiração ao varrer é bastante potente. Após esvaziar o recipiente consegue-se verificar que aspirou o habitual pó, cabelos ,migalhas, e géneros.
Tenho a dizer que o sensor tem algum desacordo com o meu tapete preto, e identifica como se o aspirador tivesse sido levantado do chão.
Também tenho a dizer que no modo esfregona, o aparelho tende a escorregar sobre a parte molhada do chão ao necessitar pequenos patamares. Basicamente as borrachas das rodas não permitem aderência sobre o chão molhado, e deslizam sobre o mesmo ponto do chão quando encontram alguma resistência ( um piso mais elevado por exemplo).
Ainda assim é um aspirador que claramente faz o serviço que se pretende. Aspiração potente, muito bom a varrer, e bateria garantida sobre 1 hora em media a variar de acordo com a intensidade de aspiração desejada.
Nota: A aplicação da Smart Life utilizada e sugerida pela marca, não permite conexão com todos os modelos de telemóveis, neste caso o meu Huawei p8 lite. Consegui no entanto efectuar a conexão com outros telemóveis mais recente, e posso dizer que é uma aplicação interessante que permite visualizar os trajectos do aparelho e criando uma espécie de planta virtual dos aposentos.

To be honest, this is my first robot vacuum cleaner, but have manny hand cleaners 'cause I have 2 cats, and you can imagine that I have to vacuum at least 2x/day. This cleaner is life saver for me. Scheduled 2x per day, 11am and 9pm. After second cleaning I use mop cleaning and my apartman is cleaner than ever. Even when I use ragular (dirt devil, and I'm very happy with it) hand cleaner, this cleaner find some dust which I didn't find and vaccum. After all 'cause I have 2 cats I can say it's very pet friendly, and on lowest vaccum fan speed (can ve regulated via smartphone app) you can even sleep, it's quiet enough. So I give this device the most and the highest mark. Nothing less than 5 stars.
One more thing, what is not written on the instruction page, to pair it with app and router, just press power button twice on the device and it will start wifi pairing (I didn't find that instructuon in user manual).
You can find my video attached to see how pet friendly it is and how quiet is, and also a picture with dust after cleaning with regular vacuum, so this vacuum cleaner will find much more :)

Demorou mais do que o previsto a chegar, mesmo com a taxa de urgência. Não compensa gastar mais dinheiro em taxa de urgência, pois chegou no mesmo período que envio normal.
No geral é um bom aspirador. Muiti bonito e elegante. Tem três potências de aspiração que considero uma mais valia. Tem um bom poder de sucção. Utilizo o Robot todos os dias e o depósito fica sempre cheio de pó ao fim de cada utilização. A função mopping também é bastante boa. Não é aconselhada usar num chão com muita sujidade mas é um bom complemento à aspiração diária. O aspirador passa em todos os pontos da casa, mesmo não tendo uma função de mapeamento dos aspiradores todo de gama. O esquema da app poderia ser um pouco mais intuitivo, o desenho foi bastante complicado de compreender nos primeiros dias nem tem o formato real da casa. Em termos de regresso à base penso que seja a principal desvantagem do aspirador. Nao é muito intuitivo no regresso à base. Se não estiver em linha direta, não a deteta e percorre as paredes todas até entrar em linha direta com a base, mesmo que isso implique fazer a volta completa à casa. No geral é um ótimo aspirador e recomendo a qualquer um. Chegou bem embalado e sem defeito nenhum.

Odkurzacz kupiłem w polskich złotych z kuponem za 639zł. Od zakupu do dostawy do domu minęły tylko dwa dni, tak więc czas realizacji z chińskiego sklepu ekspresowy. Odkurzacz zapakowany w podwójny karton. Wszystko dobrze zabezpieczone. W środku każdy element ma swoje miejsce. W zestawie są zapasowe szczotki, to duży plus. Po otwarciu podłączyłem go do stacji ładującej, po dwóch godzinach naładował się do pełna pierwszy raz. Odkurzacz dobrze zbiera brudy, na pewno trzeba uważać na przewody, bo na podłodze leżała ładowarka do telefonu to musiałem wyłączyć go żeby wyciągnąć kabel ze szczotki. Trzeba dodać, że wyłącza się automatycznie jak napotka przeszkode nie do przejścia, więc trzeba uważać, bo może się zablokować i nie wysprząta nam mieszkania jak powinien. Nie wjedzie nad podgięty dywan, więc chyba będę musiał to jeszcze usprawnić. Generalnie jestem w fazie testów, ale myślę, że będzie to dobry pomocnik w trzymaniu czystości. Jestem zadowolony generalnie, ale do perfekcji i poznania sprzętu jeszcze daleka droga. Sterowanie z telefonu bardzo łatwe. Dobrze łączy się z aplikacją. Ogólnie polecam.

première commande de ce montant chez Gearbest (surtout après des commandes jamais arrivées, remboursées à 50% pour les meilleurs des cas).
Celle-ci est arrivée dans les 5 jours expédiées par DHL vers l'Allemagne puis Colissimo depuis un entrepôt Europe, donc pas de taxe.

Aspiration en mode normal, déjà très efficace, le bac est plein de poils en fin de nettoyage, et le bruit n'est pas excessif.
Comme toujours, le lavage ne fait que ramasser les dernières saletés, pas d'aspiration dans ce mode, seuls les brosses tournent (défaut du réservoir, il y a une zone de récupération qui ne s'ouvre pas.
Efficace niveau navigation,
L'application est très basique, l’intérêt par rapport à la télécommande, pouvoir programmer plusieurs plages de nettoyages sur différents jours.
La cartographie n'est qu'informative, pas d'action possible dessus.
Avec la télécommande, uniquement un horaire tous les jours.
Le son des messages est un peu trop fort à mon gout, pas trouvé pour baisser.
Le retour à la base n'est pas très efficace et direct mais il finit toujours pas y retourner.
Vraiment satisfait
