How to enable Amazfit T-Rex notifications?
Step 1: Open the Amazfit App and tap on "Profile" in the lower right-hand corner.
Step 2: Tap on “My devices- Amazfit T-Rex”.
Step 3: Tap on App alerts to allow Amazfit app access notifications
Step 4: Turn on App Alerts
Step 5: Tap on "Manage apps" in the lower middle of the screen and select the app to alert.
●If you toggle on "only receive app alerts when the screen is off”, you will only receive app alerts when your phone screen is off.
●If you are using an iOS device, you need to pair and connect the watch with the Amazfit App.
●If you are using an Android device, you need to keep the App running in the background or include the App into the self-starting whitelist, so as to ensure the mobile phone can send the alert to the watch.
How to view notifications on Amazfit T-Rex?
●In the case of an incoming notification, the Amazfit T-Rex watch will automatically light up the screen and display the content.
●You can view the unread notification in the notification list and tap any notification to enter the notification details page.
How to delete notifications on Amazfit T-Rex?
●The read notification on the watch or the mobile phone will be automatically deleted from the notification list on the watch.
●To manually delete the notification on the Amazfit T-Rex watch, slide left on the notification to be deleted and tap the delete button.
What should I do if I fail to receive the notifications on Amazfit T-Rex?
●Make sure Bluetooth is turned on your mobile phone.
●Check if you enable DND mode (Silent mode) on the watch. Please disable if enabled.
●Make sure your phone notification bar is functioning.
●Go to your phone settings, find app notifications, toggle off and on, reboot your phone, restart the Amazfit app, and try again.
●Go to Amazfit App-Profile-My devices Amazfit T-Rex tap Run in background to check the settings and make sure that the Amazfit app runs in the background.
