Q: Why does the car DVD screen show "warning" but the speaker sound is normal?
A: The brake cable connection is not correct. The brake detection cable should connect ground wire or directly connect to the DVD iron case.
Q: Why is the DVD display normal, but the speaker doesn't work?
A: Check if the speaker is broken or if the speaker wire connection is short out; check if the DVD is in mute state and if the power amplifier power supply is normal.
Q: Why does the car start but the DVD doesn't?
A: Check if the car audio power supply fuse is normal, if the main power supply fuse is normal, check if the main power cable connection is normal.
Q: Why can't DVD read the disc and sometimes it takes a long time?
A: Clean the dust on the pick-up head or change to a new one.
Q: Why is the DVD sound too loud after starting up?
A: Tune the volume to the suitable position for you and press the volume button for 2-5 seconds to save your settings.
Q: Why can't KTV system find available data?
A: Insert the memory card with KTV system, if the KTV system data were lost, get a new copy into the card.
