This simple guide will help you solve the I5 Plus smart watch charging and screen related problems.
 The I5 Plus smart watch isn't charging.
 The I5 Plus smart watch isn't turning on.
 The I5 Plus smart watch touch screen is not sensitive.

 

The I5 Plus smart watch isn't charging.

● Start by checking whether the watch and the USB cable are connected well. Simply pull it out and then insert it into the USB port again.

● Go on to check the condition of the USB port contact points: some contacts could have become oxidized. In this case, use a cotton swab dipped in anhydrous alcohol to clean the points of contact or a metal blade to scrape the oxidized points.

I5 Plus smart watch isn't charging

● There could be something wrong with the USB power port. Try switching to another USB port/power source or use a different charger.

● If charging the watch for the first time, connect it to a high power source and leave it to charge for a minimum of 3 hours. Then, press the power button to turn the smart watch on.

● If you haven't used the smart watch for a long time and left it uncharged, the battery may have gone into low-voltage protection mode. Try restarting the watch to re-activate the battery or take it to a local repair shop to fix.

● If none of the above helps resolve the issue, there is probably something wrong with the smart watch's hardware. Contact your after-sales service for further help or take the watch to the repair shop.

 

The I5 Plus smart watch isn't turning on.

The most probable reason is that the watch's battery has run out. Charge the watch for some time and try again. If the watch is not charging, please refer to the paragraphs above. If the watch's indicator light goes on showing that the watch is charged, but it still is not turning on, try the following:

● If charging the watch for the first time, connect it to a high power source and leave it to charge for a minimum of 3 hours. Then, press the power button to turn the smart watch on.

● If you haven't used the smart watch for a long time and left it uncharged, the battery may have gone into low-voltage protection mode. Try restarting the watch to re-activate the battery or take it to a local repair shop to fix.

● If none of the above works, there could be something wrong with the battery. Contact the after-sales support or take the watch to a repair shop to fix.

 

The I5 Plus's touch screen is not responding/not sensitive.

This issue is a bit more complex and there could be multiple reasons that would result in this problem. Try the following:

● Check if your fingers are wet. If they are, dry your hands and the screen and try again.

● Do not tap the screen too many times in quick succession. Allow some time for it to react.

● Unpair the watch with your phone, uninstall the Zeroner health app, and then reinstall the app and pair the watch with your phone again.

● Update the band's firmware. Connect the band to the Zeroner health app, if there is an upgrade available, it will pop up on the screen. Alternatively, go to Settings to update the firmware.

Update I5 Plus's firmware

● If you've dropped the watch in water - carefully dry the surface as well as the inside of the device. Leave it for some time and then try using the watch again.

● If none of the above works, the most likely reason is a problem with the watch's components or OS. Contact the after-sale service for repair.
