But suddenly your ID107 smart band cannot power on, or it cannot be charged, what's the problem? How to fix it? This ID107 fixing guide will offer you the answers and solutions.

 

The ID107 smart band cannot power on.

This issue usually happens when the battery runs out. So please charge the band with the original charger and USB cable for minimum 10 minutes. Then try to launch it again.

If the above way doesn't work, please check whether there is a charging notification on the band screen or not.

If no, maybe the power hasn't been charged with the battery, try below methods:

● Check whether all the metal contact points between the band and the charging cradle have a good contact. The contact points may have oxidation; if it's visible, carefully remove the residue from the surface using a knife, then try to charge again.

● Make sure the USB charging cable, charging adapter, and power source (PC or AC power socket) are firmly connected. Also, ensure the power source is functioning correctly.

● Try using a different USB cable, charging adapter, or power source.

● If this is the initial battery charge, you should ideally charge using a high-power AC socket for at least 3 hours. If your ID107 smart band remains unresponsive, it is likely that there is a battery fault. In this situation, either take it to a repair shop or contact the after-sales service for additional tech support or to arrange an RMA.

If yes, the battery or other hardware might be damaged: please contact the after-sales service to send it back the factory to check and repair or exchange the broken components.

 

The ID107 smart band cannot be charged.

The reason why it cannot be charged could be numerous, such as the battery is broken, component gets damaged, accessories are broken (USB cable, power charger), touching pin is oxidized, etc.

● Try to charge it longer. If the battery has been fully drained, it needs additional time to recharge.

● Remove and re-insert the ID107 smart band's body into the USB charging cradle or shake the body several times, before charging again.

● Check whether all the metal contact points between the band and the charging cradle have a good, secure connection. The contact points may have oxidation; if it's visible, carefully remove the residue from the surface using a knife, then try to charge again.

● Make sure the USB charging cable, charging adapter, and power source (PC or AC power socket) are firmly connected. Also, ensure the power source is functioning correctly.

● Try using a different USB cable, charging adapter, or power source.

● If this is the initial battery charge, you should ideally charge using a high-power AC socket for at least 3 hours.

If none of the above solutions work, there may be an internal hardware fault with the battery itself. Please contact the after-sales service and request help from them. The best way is to send it back (RMA) for repair by a professional technician.
