● Make sure you have followed the steps to connect the IP camera to your phone. Before scanning the QR code, have you stuck the card pin into the camera's SETUP hole and connect the camera to a internet available WiFi network? If no, please complete these steps firstly.

● If you have finished these steps, when you use the camera lens to scan the QR code, please keep the lens a little bit far from the code to make sure the QR code could be completely captured by the lens, otherwise, sure the camera cannot successfully scan the QR code. Move the camera at different angles to detect and scan the QR code.

● If it fails either, maybe the internet or WiFi signal is poor. Make more tries or try it later.

● Check whether the camera lens is dirty. If so, the dirt will stop the camera lens to scan the QR code. Use a clean cloth to clean it and try to scan again.

● The worst possibility is that the camera lens has something wrong. Once none of the solutions work, it must because of this reason. Please contact the after-sales service for help.
