Battery charge issues

• Maybe the power charger's pin is oxidized if it has been used for a long time. So you use an eraser to clean the pin, and retry it. Or maybe the charging port on the phone be oxidized as well, you can use a cotton swab with some anhydrous alcohol to wipe the port and then wait for a minute until the alcohol is dry. Then charge the phone again.

• If the above ways don't work, check whether the USB charger is the original one. If not, change to the original one because a different power charge has different input and output power which may cause the battery charge failure.

• Charge the phone for minimum 10 minutes and then boot it. If it fails, continuously press the phone Power button three times and then hold the Power button for 10 seconds to see whether it can be opened. Or keep connecting the phone to the power source, keep pressing the Power button for 30 seconds to activate the battery, then release the button, let it be charged for some time and boot it again.

Change another effective USB cable or appropriate power charger.

• Once all above solutions are invalid, the most possible reason should be the USB port is broken or the battery has something wrong. The users can go to local phone fixing store for a check and repair or you can contact the aftersales service to send it back to the factory for a repair.

Two reasons: the battery wasn't activated before shipping or there is something wrong with the battery (the circuit).

• For the first reason, the users could try to activate the battery: continuously use the phone until the battery is running out and the phone powers off automatically. Then charge it. It usually works. If not, try this method several times.

• If the former method doesn't suit this problem, the reason definitely the second one. So you can take your phone to a local phone fixing store for a check and repair. Or you can contact the after-sales service to send this phone back to the factory for a fix.

• The USB charger might be oxidized, use an eraser to wipe it to remove the oxidized material from the surface, then try to charge it again.

• Or the USB charging port on the phone might be oxidized, use a cotton swab with some anhydrous alcohol to wipe the port and then wait for a minute until the alcohol is dry.

• Change another effective USB cable or appropriate power charger.

• If these solutions don't work, there might be something wrong with the USB port or the battery. You can take it to a local phone fixing center to have a check and repair or you can contact the after-sales service to send it back to the factory for a repair.

• Check the phone running programs. Many applications still run in the background even you quit them. So they will consume your phone battery to drag your power charging speed. Shut off these programs / applications when charging such as WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.

• Do not play big online games / listen to music / watch movies when charging your phone. Not only will it slow down your phone charging speed and it's bad for your battery which may shorten its lifespan.

• The power charger is not an appropriate one. The different power charger has distinct electric input and output or voltage, so the other chargers may not well suit this phone. Use the original phone USB charger to charge it.

• If the charger has no problem, but the charging speed is still slow, try to use another USB cable. Maybe the cable is damaged, which may also slow down the charging speed.

• Check whether you have opened the phone's quick charge feature: Settings -- Battery -- Quick charge, turn on this feature.

Please pay attention: Do not run out the battery before charging. If you always drain the battery, making the phone automatically power off, the battery will be damaged and the lifespan will be shortened as well.

Camera issues

• Use a clean cloth to wipe the camera lens, maybe there is some dust or dirt on the lens, which will affect the photo effect.

• Quit the camera application to check whether the dirt also appears on the desktop screen. If yes, you can download a screen repair app to fix it.

• If the dirt only shows on the camera interface and the wiping makes no sense, maybe the dust is inside the camera lens. You can take it to a local phone fixing center to have a check and repair.

• Check whether the camera lens is dirty, use a clean cloth to clean it.

• If not, that's a quality issue. Please contact the after-sales service to send it back to the factory to have a professional repair.

Fingerprint issues

• If your fingertip is wet, dirty or wounded, or the sensor surface is wet, or the working environment is too cold, the touch ID sensor cannot figure out the fingerprint. Please dry your finger, clean the sensor surface, and operate it in a normal temperature environment.

Re-record a fingerprint: record the fingerprint in comprehensive angles, so that the sensor can recognize you better.

• If all above situations are eliminated, try to reset the phone. Do remember to back up your data for lost prevention. Enter the phone Settings - Privacy - Factory reset.

• Once all methods don't solve this problem, that should be a component issue. Maybe the sensor is broken. Take it to a local phone fixing store to check and repair. Or contact the after-sales service to send it to the factory for a repair.

• Dry your fingertips before recording the fingerprint. Sometimes your finger may be wet or dirty, which will influence the fingerprint recording.

• Change another finger to have a try. Maybe the fingerprint of some of your fingers is too shallow that cannot be recorded clearly.

• Record your fingerprint in comprehensive angles. And touch the metal circle when recording because that's one part of the touch ID sensor which could help to record your fingerprint as well.

• After you try these methods, but the sensor still cannot work normally, the sensor may be damaged. Contact the after-sales service for a further help.

Touch screen / display issues

• Make sure your finger is not wet, otherwise sure the screen cannot detect your finger and won't react to your operation.

• If it only happens when charging, maybe the electricity influences the touch reaction, which is a hardware issue. Disconnect the power charger then you can normally use the screen.

• Once there are too many junk caches storing in the phone, the phone system speed will be slowed down, therefore, the touch reaction will be influenced as well. So use your phone management application or a third party phone management app to clean these junk files.

• System error. You can try to reset the phone (Settings - Privacy - Factory reset), but do remember to back up your important data before.

• If all these ways cannot solve this matter, we can sure that the touch screen is damaged. So you can directly take it to a local phone repair center for a fixing or contact the after-sales service to send it back to the factory for repair.

The simplest way is to reboot the phone to check whether it turns normally because sometimes the system error will cause this phenomenon.

Once the above way doesn't work, then maybe the phone's flexible flat cable is broken. And if there are many parallel lines appearing on the screen, which also indicates the flexible flat cable is broken or loosen. Take it to a phone fixing center for a check and change the flexible flat cable.

Power on / off issue

• The battery power has been run out. Charge it for several times then power on it again to check whether it will turn off or not.

• If the battery is full but the phone powers off itself, it may because the battery is not well connected with the phone (the phone has been dropped on the floor so that the battery is loosened, etc.) or something wrong with the phone's component. Contact the after-sales service for more help.
