How to pair the i500 TWS Bluetooth earphones with your iPhone?

Step 1. Open the cap of the i500 TWS charging case and keep it close to the iPhone.

Step 2. Then a popup window of both earphones and charging case will appear on your iPhone. Click the “Connect” at the bottom of the popup window.

Step 3. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 4 seconds to start pairing.

Step 4. Once the pairing is finished, the cool popup animation will show the battery level of both earbuds and charging case.

Step 5. Click “Done” to start using the i500 TWS Bluetooth earphones.

How to pair the i500 TWS Bluetooth earphones with your Android phone?

Step 1. Open the cap of the i500 TWS charging case.

Step 2. Press and hold the button on the back of the charging case for about 4 seconds.

Step 3. Go to “Settings” and turn on the “Bluetooth” on your phone.

Step 4. Then Your smartphones will automatically search for the available Bluetooth devices.

Step 5. Select the “i500” on the available devices list to start pairing. There will be two i500 devices on the available devices list, one is for the left and the other is for the right. You can choose to pair both of the i500 TWS earbuds or one of them.
