How to Pairing SONY WF-1000XM3 with iPhone?

The operation to register the device that you wish to connect to is called "pairing". First, pair a device to use it with the SONY WF-1000XM3 TWS earbuds for the first time.
Before you start the pairing operation, make sure that:

Step 1: Remove both units of the SONY WF-1000XM3 from the charging case. The headset turns on automatically. Check that the indicator (blue) flashes.
