● Method 1: If the Home screen is displayed
Step 1: Select the Home key on the TV remote

Step 6: Choose OK.
● Method 2: If the Home screen is not displayed
Step 1: Unplug the TV from the power outlet for 1 minute. When continuing to disconnect the power cord (power cord) of the TV, the remaining power in the TV will be discharged. So unnecessary data and error information in memory will return to the default.
Step 2: Plug the TV back in and wait for 40 seconds until the boot process is completed.
Step 3: Hold the Up button on the remote control.
Step 4: While holding the Up key, press and hold the POWER button until Reset appears on the screen. After that, the TV will turn off and automatically turn on.
NOTE:
1.Depending on the TV model, Reset may not appear on the screen.
2. After completing the restoration of the original Sony TV settings, if the TV does not start automatically, press POWER to check.
Step 5: Release the Up key , if done correctly, the setup window will appear.
Step 6: Follow the instructions to complete.
If the reset process fails, remove all other devices from the TV, turn off or disable the Internet and follow the steps again.

NOTE:
1. When an external USB hard disk is connected to the TV, disconnect the USB cable from the TV before rebooting.
2. If the TV is off, first turn on the TV and do the following.
● Method 1: If the Home screen is displayed
Step 1: Press the Home button on the remote
Step 2: Select Settings.
Step 3: Select Storage & reset.
Step 4: Select Factory data reset.
Step 5: Select Erase everything.
Step 5: Choose Yes.
● Method 2: If the Home screen is not displayed
Step 1: Select the HELP button on the remote.
Step 2: Select Help Guide on How to use your TV .
Step 3: Select Settings .
Step 4: Select Configuring the TV .
Step 5: Select the TV .
Step 6: Select Settings .
Step 7: Select Storage & reset in the displayed TV section.
Step 8: Select Erase Everything .
Step 9: Select Yes and done.
