Step 1: Sliding left on the watch face to enter the heart rate page.

Step 2: After entering, the watch will automatically starts to measure the heart rate.

During measurement, it is required to wear it properly to ensure heart rate accuracy:

Please wear the Amazfit Stratos 3 watch and keep the back of the watch fairly close to your skin until the watch can measure a stable heart rate.

●To enable the all-day measure function:

Open the Amazfit App, go to "Profile-Amazfit Stratos 3-Heart rate detection", and choose to enable automatic heart rate detection.

How to set heart rate alert on Amazfit Stratos 3?

If it is detected that your heart rate is higher than your maximum heart rate while running, the Amazfit Stratos 3 will remind you through vibration and interface, and you need to slow down or stop.

Setup steps:

Light up your watch and set your safe heart rate reminder in "running > exercise Settings > exercise reminders".

If you have a target heart rate range during running, you can turn on the heart rate range reminder in "running > exercise Settings > exercise reminders".
