●Please make sure that i12 TWS has enough power to use properly. If there is not enough power, please charge it in time.

●If the i12 TWS has not been used for a long time (about a month), it will also affect the normal pairing of the product. Please charge the earbuds and battery box before using them.

●Make sure your i12 TWS earbuds are within 10 meters of your phone. Because Bluetooth 5.0 supports a maximum distance of 10 meters, too long will not be able to link properly.
