Sound only outputs from single Haylou GT2 earbud?

Audio only outputs from single earbud is rare case. Please reset your Haylou GT2 earphones, remove connectivity record on your cellphone and re-connect the earphones to your smartphone.

The left/right Haylou GT2 earbud can't be connected?

Solution 1:

If your Haylou GT2 headset cannot be found by your phone, please check whether it is in pairing mode.

●If left earbud unconnected for a long while, the headset will exit pairing mode, please re-enter the pairing mode.

●If a procedure error of the Haylou GT2 headset occurs, re-boot or reset it.

Solution 2:

If only one Haylou GT2 can working? This is most likely to be connected to monaural mode, please reconnect according to the following methods:

 

When the Haylou GT2 earphones are turned off, the two headphones turn on manually, and the white lights flash to wait for the left and right headphones to connect in series. After the success of the earbuds connection, the white light of the right headset flashes slowly, and then turn on the phone Bluetooth to connect.
