Solutions to AnyCast M2 Miracast TV dongle issues

This post mainly focuses on some common issues that you may meet on AnyCast M2 Miracast TV dongle. Hope it can help you.

● Turn off your phone and TV dongle, then reboot them to check if it works.

● Please keep a close distance between TV dongle and your phone.

Please connect your TV dongle to 5V and ≥1A output power adapter, and plug the power adapter into a power socket, but do not plug it into TV directly; Otherwise, SSID may not be displayed or connected.

The switch button is on the right side of the Anycast device. So you should press the switch button to switch the Anycast dongle to Miracast mode. Then turn on the WiFi feature on your phone, and search for the device signal on your phone.

● Firstly, please check if the network signal is weak or unstable. If it's network signal problems, please reconnect the network or change another stable network.

● Make sure the Anycast device keeps close to your phone, and reconnect them.

● Please check if the network is working.

● Please make sure your USB power can supply over 500mA.

● The connection methods vary from Android to IOS. You should carefully refer to the Anycast M2 dongle TV stick user manual.

● If your operation is correct, there may be something wrong with your phone. If your phone is distinctive from most of phones on the market, the Anycast device may not be applied to it. Or if you ever flashed your phone, the Miracast protocol might have been damaged. So you can change another phone to check.

● If another phone still cannot connect to Anycast device, there may be something wrong with the Anycast device. Please contact with our after-sales service to ask for more technical assistance or take it to the repair store to check.

● The network signal may be weak or unstable. Please reconnect to the network, or wait for a few minutes for loading.

● Please make sure connect your TV dongle to 5V and ≥1A output power adapter, and plug the power adapter into a power socket, but do not plug it into TV directly.

● If there is still no display on the screen, please change another monitor to connect.

● If all the attempts fail, please contact with our after-sales service to ask for more help.

● Please check if the HDMI port of your TV works well.

● Please ensure there is HDMI port on your TV.

● If your TV has HDMI port, please follow these steps:

a. Connect AnyCast with the micro USB port, and another USB port to your power adaptor or USB power (please make sure your USB power can supply over 500mA).

b. Connect AnyCast to your TV/Projector's HDMI port, and switch the TV/Projector's source to HDMI.

c. You will see the AnyCast main menu on the big screen.

● The unstable and glint picture may be caused by the different resolution between the projector and the Anycast device. The default output resolution of the Anycast TV dongle is 1280 x 720, so you had better set your projector to the same resolution.

● Please use independent power adapter for the AnyCast device, because the power supply of projector is usually unstable.

The Netflix film is encrypted, so it is unavailable to the Anycast device.
