The indicator light lights but the propellers don't spin.
1. The most possible reason should be the helicopter doesn't pair with the remote controller well.
You can observe the indicator light condition: If the two devices are connected successfully, the indicator light on the both devices won't flash but just keeps lighting. If the light still flashes, it means the two devices are not paired well. Please refer to the user manual (on the product package box back) to pair them again.
2. Maybe the helicopter's battery is going to run out, or the remote controller's power will drain.
So simply charge the helicopter on the remote controller or change other two new pairs of battery for the controller.
3. When all the solutions are failing, it should be a hardware issue.
Please contact the after-sales service for more help. Alternatively, you can take it to a local drone or digital product fixing store to check and repair.
The helicopter keeps on spinning in circles.
In fact, it's a normal phenomenon for most of the users, because this kind of 2-axis helicopter is really hard to control, so that it's easy to keep on spinning in circles. Only after you have rich experience of playing with the 2-axis helicopter, you can master it and fly it very stably. Besides that, if we met this problem, we can also:
1. Fine tune the helicopter's direction.
When the helicopter keeps on spinning in clockwise, you can press the L button on the remote controller to fine tune the direction to the right. Please click the button for several times until the helicopter can fly straightly. If the helicopter keeps on spinning in counterclockwise, please press the R button for several times until it can fly straightly. After that, the helicopter can fly to left and right side normally.
2. Check the propellers are installed in the right locations.
You can see the propellers' shape and spinning direction are different. So please install the propellers as the below picture, otherwise, it will fly in a wrong way, therefore, the "spinning in circles" problem might happen.
After installing the battery, the helicopter cannot launch.
1. Maybe the helicopter's battery has no power.
Please charge the helicopter on the remote controller. There is a USB charging end under the helicopter's bottom, and on the remote controller, there is a USB charging port. You need to insert the helicopter's USB charging end into the remote controller's USB port, and turn on the controller's power button to charge the helicopter's battery.
2. Check whether you have turned on the remote controller's power.
When you turn on the controller's power button, the indicator light of it will light and flash. When you charge the helicopter's on it, the indicator light on the remote controller will extinguish. Only when the helicopter's battery is fully charged, the indicator light will light.
