1.WiFi account or password is wrong
Maybe you input a wrong WiFi account or password in paring process. Please delete the device and add again.
2.The WiFi signal is weak
Your device may be too far away from the router. Please put the device close to the router with a strong WiFi signal, and try again.
Pay attention: Sonoff smart devices only supports 2.4G WiFi.
3. The phone cannot connect to WiFi
Your router or phone may encounter some errors that may cause the connection to fail. Make sure your phone has access to the wireless router and is working properly. If your phone has a WiFi network in the access point, but the device still can't connect to the router, see the solution below.
4. Too many devices connected to the AP
There may be too many devices connected to the AP connected to the router. Turn off the device or turn off the AP and try again.
5. Too many connections to a router
There may be too many devices connected to one router. Most routers have connection restrictions. Please disconnect other devices, turn off the power, and restart the device.
6. Change the DHCP settings
There may be too many devices connected to one router. Reset the DHCP address pool in the router settings, turn off the power, and restart the device to re-establish the connection.
7. Router Error
Router error. Please restart the router and try again.
8. MAC address is forbidden
For security reasons, your MAC address may be filtered and blocked. In this case you should remove it from the list of forbidden addresses.
9. MAC address conflict
Turn off all other connected devices for this router and try again.
10. DHCP Leasing Conditions
Disable DHCP or extend the DHCP lease if DHCP is enabled.
You can extend the lease if you disable DHCP or enable DHCP.
eWeLink keeps saying "Network is not available", what should I do?
Please ping our server URL to your PC:
● If your location is in Asia:

● If your region is North America or South America:

● If the result shows a good connection between the server and WiFi, your network will work.
● If the result indicates a bad connection, change the DNS of your phone to 119.29.29.29.
● Still failed? Change the router's DNS to 119.29.29.29 and ping the corresponding URL again.
● If the result indicates that the IP address is not active, send the corresponding URL to your network operator and let them help you. For example, if you are an Asian user, ask your network operator to resolve these two domains: cn-long.coolkit.cc, cn-api.coolkit.cc and api.coolkit.cc.
