Tips about Xiaomi 9 and mix3 5G Android Q test package

Earlier today at the I/O conference, Google introduced new consumer-facing features in the Android 10 Q that will be available to Pixel devices in late summer. Now, Google has launched its third beta version of the system and supports no fewer than 21 smartphones from 13 manufacturers. Now the official website of Xiaomi international has released the Xiaomi 9 and MIX 3 5G android Q test package, and users who are interested in it can have a try.

Android Q Beta program


Currently, the Xiaomi MIX 3, 5G, and Xiaomi 9 are both in the Android Q Beta program, which developers can use for free.


Before we begin:


1. Don't forget to back up your data before being upgraded to Android Q.


2. Download the android Q Beta version of Xiaomi Mix 3 5G and Xiaomi 9.


3. Please select Q version by fastboot method.


Notes:


Please note that the beta is not final and some features may still be in development.


Here is a list of known problems you may have encountered in the Android Q Beta.


Xiaomi 9:


1. The alarm does not ring when the device is off.


2. Restart the device after the user selects the wireless projection device in "wireless display".


3. The "Settings" application stops running after the user deactivates the shortcut to mute the device.


4. When "gesture" is selected in "Settings", the "Settings" app stops running


5. "file" application stops running after refreshing.


6. Unable to switch screen color in Settings


7. Unable to "add fingerprint"


Mi Mix 3 5G:


1. The alarm does not ring when the device is off.


2. Restart the device after the user selects the wireless projection device in "wireless display".


3. The default printing service stops when the device is connected to WiFi to print the photos in the gallery.


4. The "Settings" application stops running after the user deactivates the shortcut to mute the device.


5. After the user selects "gesture", the "Settings" app stops running.


6. "file" application stops running after refresh.


7. Unable to switch colors in Settings.


8. After selecting auto brightness, the Settings application crashes.
