Battery Charge

● Maybe the power charger's pin is oxidized if it has been used for a long time. So you can use an eraser to clean the pin, and retry it. Or maybe the charging port on the phone be oxidized as well, you can use a cotton swab with some anhydrous alcohol to wipe the port and then wait for a minute until the alcohol is dry. Then charge the phone again.

● If the above ways don't work, check whether the USB charger is the original one. If not, change to the original one because a different power charge has different input and output power which may cause the battery charge failure.

Charge the phone for minimum 10 minutes and then boot it. If it fails, continuously press the phone Power button three times and then hold the Power button for 10 seconds to see whether it can be opened. Or keep connecting the phone to the power source, keep pressing the Power button for 30 seconds to activate the battery, then release the button, let it be charged for some time and boot it again.

● Change another effective USB cable or appropriate power charger.

How long a battery can work actually depends on how the users use. ● Maybe the battery hasn't been activated before, so activate the battery: continuously use the phone until the battery is running out and the phone powers off automatically. Then charge it. Do it for several times.

● Wipe the battery memory (only available on rooted Vernee Apollo Lite phone):

a. Power on the phone and charge it.

b. Once the charge finish notification appears, pull it out from the charger.

c. Power off the phone and then connect it to the charger to charge it again until the screen shows the "charge completes" notification.

d. Disconnect the phone with from the charger and power on the phone and power it off immediately when it enter the phone system.

e. Charge it again until the fully charged notification comes out again.

f. Long press the Power button and Volume + button together to enter the phone's Recovery mode. Choose Recovery -- advanced -- wipe battery status.

● If all these methods make no sense, there must be something wrong with the phone's battery or related components. Please contact the after-sales service for more help or return it back the factory to check and repair.

The effective electric that charges into the battery only occupies half of the total amount because the other half part is transforming as heat energy. It's a common physical reaction.

● Once the phone is fully charged but you don't pull it out from the charger, all the electric power will all transform to heat energy, sure the phone will become hot.

● If you are playing the phone when charging it like playing an online game or watching a movie, the phone CPU is working at a high speed, which will also create and release abundant heat. So prevent heavily using the phone when it's charging.

Internet & Signal

● Please check whether you have opened the cellular data feature, if yes, please open it, the 2G and 3G cellular data internet can be used normally.

You can change it: enter the phone's Settings -- Network -- Network model, choose the 3G network.

The only solution is to change an appropriate SIM card. The network this phone supports is:

● Long press the Power button to shut it off. Then in the power off state, long press the phone's Power button and Volume + button together to enter the phone's Recovery mode. Use the Volume buttons to choose the Factory reset option, then press Power button to recover the phone.
