Sound Issues

There should be four reasons:

One: The signal is not good. This may happen to either your or your friend's side. Make a phone call, if it's noisy in the dialog, end it and then call another friend. If the noise maintains, it means the place you're staying is not good. Please move to an open area like a balcony. If there is no noise, it means this issue is caused by the poor signal in your friend's side.

Two: There might be something that affects the sound's spread like you put a piece of magnet around the phone. The natural magnetic field will be influenced, therefore, the sound spread will be affected, the phenomenon would be like the sound is distorted or noisy, which makes you misunderstand that there is something wrong with your phone.

Three: Some unknown system errors happen. Simply reboot your phone. Once it doesn't work, try to reset it to remove all the system related possibilities like viruses, errors, etc. Go to the phone's Setting menu - Backup & reset - Factory data reset, then press RESET PHONE. Do remember to back up the important data to an external location like a PC or hard disk, because this reset will also remove all the data stored in the phone.

Four: The phone's component like the receiver is broken. Make sure you and your friend are staying in a good signal place, then make the phone call. If there are loud noises, it means your phone truly gets something wrong. Please send it to a local phone fixing store to check and repair. If no, it's simply the signal reason.

● Maybe it's due to the signal is not good. This may happen to your or your friend's side. Make a phone call to another of your friend to test whether he could hear you. Make sure you stay in a good signal place, and if he cannot hear you as well, it means your phone has something wrong. If he can hear you, it means that's just a signal issue or your friend's phone speaker has something wrong.

● If all the people cannot hear you, it's definitely your phone speaker is broken. Take it to phone repair center to fix it. However, if you're required to exchange the speaker, you'd better to contact the after-sales service to send it back the factory to exchange an original one.

● Simply check whether you have turned off the vibration feature. Enter the phone's Settings- Sound & notification, if you just want the phone to vibrate without ringing, choose Meeting mode. If you want the phone can both ring and vibrate when receiving a notification or call, choose General mode and then tap the gear icon to enter its setting. Switch on the Vibrate option.

● When the vibration feature is already activated, but the phone still doesn't vibrate. Maybe there are some system errors happening. Simply reset the phone: Enter the phone's Settings - Backup & reset - Factory data reset - RESET PHONE. But do remember to back up your important personal file before the reset, otherwise, they will be removed permanently.

● Once neither the methods do not work, that should be a hardware broken issue. Take it to a phone repair center to fix it. However, if you're suggested to exchange the component, you'd better to contact the after-sales service to send it back the factory to exchange an original one.

The network signal and the distance between your mouth and the speaker can cause this problem. Go to the good signal open area to answer the call and don't move your phone close and far during the dialog. But if the caller feeds back the issue still, try to call another one to see whether the problem happens again. If no, we can make sure this is not your phone's problem; if yes, some of your phone's components are broken. Please send it to a phone fixing store to repair. That's a small issue, do not worry about it too much.

Battery Issues

How long a battery can work actually depends on how the users use. If you open all the functions on the phone or open the GPS, cellular data, WiFi or Bluetooth feature all the time, sure the battery consumes very fast so that it cannot be used for a long time after a full charge. And if the brightness of the screen is high and it always lights, which will speed up the power consumption as well. So you can prevent the battery fast consumption issues with the following solutions:

● Shut off the functions you rarely use, and only launch them when needed.

● Turn down the screen's brightness manually or set the screen brightness mode as the automatic adjusting mode.

● Maybe the battery hasn't been activated before, so activate the battery: continuously use the phone until the battery is running out and the phone powers off automatically. Then charge it. Do it for several times.

● Wipe the battery's memory (only available on rooting VKworld T3 phone):

a. Power on the phone and charge it.

b. Once the charge finish notification appears, pull it out from the charger.

c. Power off the phone and then connect it to the charger to charge it again until the screen shows the "charge completes" notification.

d. Disconnect the phone with from the charger and power on the phone and power it off immediately when it enter the phone system.

e. Charge it again until the fully charged notification comes out again.

f. Long press the Power button and Volume + button together to enter the phone's Recovery mode. Choose Recovery -- advanced -- wipe battery status.

● If all these methods make no sense, there must be something wrong with the phone's battery or related components. Please contact the after-sales service for more help or return it back the factory to check and repair.

● Check whether the USB charger is the original one. A non-original power charger has a different input and output power, which may cause the battery charge failure.

● Maybe the power charger's metal pin is oxidized if it has been used for a long time. So you can use an eraser to wipe the pin, and retry it. Or maybe the charging port on the phone is oxidized as well, you can use a cotton swab with some anhydrous alcohol to wipe the port and then wait for a minute until the alcohol is dry. Then charge the phone again.

● Charge the phone for minimum 10 minutes and then boot it. If it fails, continuously press the phone Power button three times and then hold the Power button for 10 seconds to see whether it can be opened.

● Or keep connecting the phone to the power source, press the Power button for 30 seconds to activate the battery, then release the button. Let it be charged for some time and boot it again.

● Charge the phone with another effective USB cable or appropriate power charger to have a try.

● Once all above solutions are invalid, the most possible reason should be the USB port is broken or the battery has something wrong. You can take it to a local phone fixing store to check and repair, or you can contact the after-sales service to send it back the factory for repair.

No charging notification means the phone fails in power charging. So this issue is similar to the above "phone cannot be charged" issue. Just refer to the solutions to have a try.

● Check whether the USB charger is the original one. A non-original power charger has a different input and output power, which may cause the battery charge failure.

● Maybe the power charger's metal pin is oxidized if it has been used for a long time. So you can use an eraser to wipe the pin, and retry it. Or maybe the charging port on the phone is oxidized as well, you can use a cotton swab with some anhydrous alcohol to wipe the port and then wait for a minute until the alcohol is dry. Then charge the phone again.

Power on/off & GPS Issues

Maybe it's just because the phone runs out the battery. Or there might be some system errors happening, otherwise, it should be hardware damage issue. Try to:

● Charge the phone through its original USB cable for minimum 10 minutes then boot it.

● After a charge, if the phone still cannot boot normally. Please reset the phone: Long press the Power button and Volume + button together to enter its Recovery mode. Choose Factory data reset option to save the phone.

● If you cannot enter the Recovery mode, long press the Power button and Volume - button to enter its Factory mode, choose Reboot option to power on the phone.

● When none of the methods are successful, it's the worst occasion because we can make sure that the hardware must be damaged. Please contact the after-sales service to send the product back the factory to repair.

● When the phone's battery power runs out, it will automatically power off. So please charge the phone with its original USB charger. Not this reason? OK, try below solutions:

● If this problem happens when you install or use some specific application, it might be that the application program is not compatible with the phone OS. When you launch the phone, do not launch the app but uninstall it.

● If you cannot figure out the reason, you can do a factory reset to remove all the data and programs to completely destroy all the possibilities. Sure, for some important data, you can copy it to your PC and later transfer back to the phone.

● Firstly, please check whether you have turned on the GPS feature. Drag the shortcut menu from the top of the screen, tap the Location feature to turn on it.

● Check whether you map is the latest one. If not, update the map data, otherwise, the GPS cannot navigate you to the right place or position you accurately.

● For most the phone GPS sensors, they can only work well in good GPS signal environments like the open areas and in good weather. It's hard to use them in underground buildings or metal crowded places like an underground parking garage. Also the rainy weather and thunder weather also reduce the signal strength. The GPS signal is hard to be detected in such conditions and also the metal cars will influence the signal as well.

● We suggest you to finish setting your GPS destination before driving, because in a static state, the GPS sensor can work better and the signal is more stable which could offer you a more accurate data.

Choose an appropriate GPS mode: Enter the phone's Settings - Personal - Location - Mode. Make sure you have turned it on, then choose the mode according to your condition. If you want a high accuracy navigation, you'd better to choose the High accuracy mode. And a confirmation notification will pop up, simply approve it. Then the GPS will work well.
