Zhiyun Smooth 4​ 

● Make sure your mobile phone compatible with Zhiyun Smooth 4. Check the Zhiyun Smooth 4 smartphone compatible list.

● Make sure your mobile phone Bluetooth is turning on.

● Don’t pair Zhiyun Smooth 4 in the mobile phone Bluetooth list. It should be pair in the ZY Play APP.

Check the power of Zhiyun Smooth 4.

● Turn off the Bluetooth and try again.

● Delete all the Bluetooth information, and try to pair again.

● Restart or rebooting your Zhiyun Smooth 4 or mobile phone.

Update the firmware version of Zhiyun Smooth 4.

How to pair Zhiyun Smooth 4 with iOS and Android phones?

Step 1: Download and install ZY Play APP in the smartphone.

Step 2: Mount your mobile phone on Zhiyun Smooth 4, and adjust the balance.

Step 3: Powered on your gimbal by press the power button 2 seconds

Step 4: Open the ZY Play APP, and select Zhiyun Smooth 4 in the device list.

Step 5: Click "Connect the device".

Step 6: There will be a prompt in the screen, tape "Smooth 4 XXX"

Step 7: Waiting for Zhiyun smooth 4 connect, and the it will turn to the shooting interface after connect successfully.
