AMD fourth generation Threadripper chips spotted on AIDA64

They are currently adorning themselves with code names, but the fourth generation Ryzen Threadrippers seem to have made a remarkable release on AIDA64. The database of the famous utility recently contains two new processors designated by the aliases "Genesis" and "Vermeer", says the specialized site Guru3D. As a reminder, this next batch of processors for HEDT (very high-end desktop or workstation) will be based on the AMD ZEN 3 architecture. It will replace - perhaps from the end of next year - the third-generation Threadripper CPUs, expected this autumn.
Do two series of AMD processors appear in AIDA64?
Already known, the code name "Vermeer" would refer to one of the fourth generation Ryzen Threadripper processors powered by the ZEN 3 architecture. The case of the "Genesis" chip, also seen on AIDA64, is on the other hand a little more questionable.
Guru3D indicates that this name is unknown to the battalion, but that it could refer to the Genesis Peak in Washington State (northwestern United States). It is a massif in the immediate vicinity of Castle Peak and Colfax Peak, two other mountains whose names have been used by AMD to designate the Threadripper 3000 and Threadripper 2000, respectively.
Pure speculation at the time of writing, the fourth generation Ryzen Threadripper processors could (note the conditional) begin the transition to the PCI Express 5.0 standard (against the PCI Express 4.0 offered on the latest AMD motherboards), but also to the faster and more energy-efficient DDR5 RAM memory than the current DDR4. It could finally be that these chips have a new SMT technology allowing to unlock no less than 4 threads per core (against 2 currently). A very attractive perspective in itself....
