BOSCH GO electric screwdriver: features
The Bosch Go may look like a typical screwdriver — but we already know that this is not the case. In fact, there is more cool functionality to discover.
Easy switching between electric gear and manual gear
You will see a spindle lock on the side of the screwdriver (right next to the logo), which will let you easily switch between manual, tightening and loosening modes.
6 adjustable torques
At the bottom of the screwdriver, you will find a wheel that will let you switch between different levels of intensity depending on the specifics of the project you are working on.
Quickly rechargeable
There is an LED charge indicator in the bottom section of the screwdriver that will alert you when the power is getting low. Then, you can easily recharge with the help of a micro-USB cable. It shouldn't take more than 1.5 hours to fully recharge the screwdriver and you can do that with a power bank, laptop, etc.
Safety precautions
In addition to monitoring the screwdriver's battery status, you will be able to keep an eye on the current, voltage, temperature and leakage making sure that you are working in the safest environment possible.
BOSCH GO electric screwdriver: design
Looks may not be the first thing on your mind when you are shopping for a screwdriver — but with the Bosch Go, you are to appreciate its intricate design.
Made to be ultimately compact and easy to work with, the Bosch Go electric screwdriver comes with rubberized sides for the perfect grip so that your hand won't slip as you are working on your project. Size-wise, it measures 7.09 x 1.57 x 1.57 inches and weighs just a bit over 40 grams.
The LED battery indicator is a nice touch in terms of both design and functionality as it lets you make sure you have enough charge to not have to interrupt your work because you run out of battery.
There is a convenient way of switching between electric and manual gears — you will have to use some force to move the latch in the needed position and it's a great way of ensuring that it doesn't get moved by accident.
Aesthetically, the Bosch Go is a very nice sight — it's made in a range of deep and light blues – and it's a very welcome change from the standard black. The kit consist of the smart screwdriver set, a USB cable, a plastic case, and a manual.
BOSCH GO electric screwdriver: the verdict
The Bosch Go electric screwdriver is available for $49.99. Yes, it's not the cheapest option on the market — but then again, you are not getting your standard screwdriver either. With electric and manual gears, micro-USB charging, LED indicator, a series of safety features, 6 torque options and wide compatibility, you are getting quite a good deal — and a trusty companion for all your DIY and fixing projects.
