In addition to England and Spain, countries such as Russia and Romania will also be playing from 12 June 2020 to 12 July 2020. Of course, this pan-European European Championship will also take place in Germany: In Munich, football fans can look forward to three group matches and one quarter-final match. EM 2020: When will tickets be available?
So if you want to experience an EM match live in the stadium, you can choose between several venues from Baku to Bilbao, but of course you need a ticket. These tickets can be purchased in advance, which started on Wednesday, 12 June 2019.
But don't worry, the first sales phase isn't about speed: you have until 12 July 2019 to apply for tickets. In the first phase, 1.5 million out of a total of three million tickets will be allocated - if demand exceeds supply, a lottery decision will be made. During the first sales phase, only individual tickets can be purchased.
The next sales phase is planned for December, shortly after the European Championship draw on 30 November 2019. Then you can apply for the so-called "Follow Your Team Tickets" - tickets for the matches of the respective national team. With these tickets you can then accompany your team through the entire tournament. The criteria for this application phase are determined by each association itself.
The third sales phase then starts shortly before the tournament starts in April 2020. Then the tickets of the federations that qualified for the European Championship 2020 via the playoffs will be sold.
EM 2020: Where can tickets be purchased?
