Brian Jarrad issued a lengthy statement on the official Halo Insider website, indicating that, although he remains confident, the developers' initial schedule may not be kept. He explains that Splash Damage and Ruffian Games, which are working on this port in partnership with 343 Industries, are working hard internally, but that "the PC is considerably more complicated and requires much more work".
As you will have understood, we have already exceeded mid-April, so 343 Industries wants to take a hard look at the launch period for the test phases of Halo: The Master Chief Collection, but the compilation is still expected on PC during 2019.
