Huawei: mass production of Kirin 985 will begin in autumn 2019
By Linky Cheng 2019-05-28 280 0
Production will start in the third quarter of 2019 so that Huawei can launch new smartphones in October. Then nothing should stand in the way of a market launch of new Mate models with 5G chips in the autumn and probably also of other Huawei brands such as the Honor models. According to industry sources, Huawei is also taking an aggressive stance against the next-generation Apple A13 processor and is therefore also trying to implement the Fan-Out Package (InFO), which can be used to increase the number of contacts without increasing the die size.
