Insiders say Huawei's high-end TV sets are not limited to "high-end". According to the latest report, Huawei will release a high-end smart TV in September, which supports 8K HD video, has a wide gamut and artificial intelligence, and its control panel may come from Samsung.
In the low-end market, Huawei is also searching for the possibility of working with screen manufacturers to develop LCD TVs. According to previous reports, Huawei will release a 55-inch LCD TV in May this year, and a 65-inch model will be released in August. But for now, progress on the project is unclear and has the potential to be delayed.
In addition, Huawei will launch the world's first 5G TV by the end of this year. Analysts believe that Huawei wants to enter the television market in the hope of building its own ecosystem among consumers.
