i20 TWS review: best Airpods clone

Build quality
I have had many people that own air pods not being able to tell the difference from the real to the fake ones. The buds and case are 1:1, its not recommended but I could charge them in my friend’s air pods case. I guess that’s a thing.
The buds don’t have the sensor that waits for them to fall out of your ears and you can tell up close that the dots are painted on but that’s not a problem one bit. The speaker grills and the outside plastic is good has stayed the same since I have gotten them, I have also dropped the buds a couple of times and no problems there. The case is where they saved the most money on the product, the LED’s are hard to view and understand still trying to learn the different flashes.
The worst part about the product and the one that sticks out the most is the hinge on the case, I am waiting for it to break although it probably wont it still needs to be better the plastic that holds it together is questionable at best. But it hasn’t broken yet so as it stands, nothing to complain about yet and I would say I’m very pleased.
Sound quality
Out of the box they don’t sound the best but if you boost the base enough with the help of an equalizer, they sound good. They are miles away from any Bose, but you aren’t going to use them to master your new SoundCloud track with them, but from studying, running to my commute they work.
The one thing that I missed when I was researching my i20’s was the voice of a lady that goes “connected” and “Disconnected”. Now some people will not like this, but it makes troubleshooting things with the buds a lot better than a “boop” like the real airPods. If they told me the battery life without me having to look that would be cool and make the replicas have something that’s unique to them. Overall good.
Battery
The battery is great in these bad boys, I have used them many times for over 3 hours without any problems. This is the one thing that made me very satisfied with my purchase. I can use the buds for hours at a time and just forget about them and very easily charge them again. I only have to charge the buds case every three days, and this is with what I would consider heavy use.
An interesting note, I think to protect the bud’s battery’s the buds won’t fall all the way to 0% and turn off, instead a lady blasts the earbuds and says something like “Please Charge Now” when the buds reach 10%. Its annoying but it rarely happened as it takes more than 3 hours of listening to drain the buds.
Touch controls
They are hard to get used to and not very user friendly, but after time I have learned how to use them when I need to. The controls available are volume up, volume down, pause and play and hold for a voice assistant. It works just fine if you use them properly, it’s a feature that you can use or not really its up to you.
Connection
The connection when things are working properly is fine. Its nothing special the range is good, and the Bluetooth does not drop regularly. The connection issues that I have experienced are as followed; the buds sometimes not turning on when taking them out of the case, the buds disconnecting after summoning the assistant, the buds just not connecting in the first place. The solution to all these problems is to put them back into the case to turn them on and off again. On a completely other note I wish that you could use either the left or right bud separately, you can only use the right one but that's fine most of the time.
And Yes, the popup works with apple devices, but it displays as “air pods Plus” and it also charges with a lightning cable.
Another issue that does not affect listening to music but does affect video is the latency of the Bluetooth connecting to the buds. This was a general problem with Bluetooth for a while that has since been fixed in newer Bluetooth devices. The latency is just enough that you notice the syncing issues with audio but not enough that it “Ruins” the YouTube experience, just a mild annoyance.
Microphone
Nothing special, a bit quiet so its not that useful in crowded/loud environments. It works well to take phone calls when things are quiet, I have had no problems with people hearing me personally. Phone microphone is better for sure!
Summary
I was very pleased with the replica air pods they sound good enough for everyday use, they are convenient, and best of all they haven’t had any super bad connection problems yet. The price was great and considering all the points above and I feel that the buds made the right sacrifices to make the product a joy to use. The battery was by far the biggest surprise and I was very happy when I would get 3 hours plus. The build quality is as expected but good non the less and same with the sound. I would highly recommend some sort if equalizer it will improve the sound a lot.
