iOS 13 may bring dark mode to the OS level

Dark mode is a popular concept in recent times. Many developers are proposing such a theme to their applications. iOS 13 could offer this option directly at the operating system level.
A dark mode at the OS level with iOS 13?
According to a recent report by Bloomber, the next major release of iOS, iOS 13, should offer a dark mode at the OS level. This means that once activated, the whole system should pass on the dark theme and all native applications should apply it. For now, dark mode depends entirely on the developer's implementation. Some apps offer it, like YouTube, others don't.
A built-in OS-level mode would allow Apple to create a well-defined standard and give developers simpler ways to implement this functionality in their applications. Hard, for now, to imagine what it might look like on iOS but the WWDC is approaching, we may be set at that time.
Just like Google with Android Q
For its part, Google would also work on a dark mode for Android Q. The feature has been evoked for several years, we have already seen it pass in some developer previews, but never on a final version. This could be the case with the next major update of the Google OS.
