Monaco is a small European country with an area of less than 20,000 square kilometres and a population of less than 40,000. However, its per capita income is among the highest in the world.
With the help of Huawei, Monegasque Telecom has made a rapid layout and opened 5G national coverage, becoming the global 5G national benchmark.
It should be said that Monaco became the first 5G country in the world and helped Huawei promote its 5G equipment. Recently, countries around the world continue to send 5G commercial contracts to Huawei. At present, Huawei's 5G order contracts have reached more than 50, 150000 5G base stations, can be said to be everywhere.
This time, Monegasque Telecom also announced two 5G phones on its website, Huawei Mate 20 X 5G and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 5G.
Huawei and Xiaomi are also currently recognized by foreign users, especially in Europe. Xiaomi, the top five mobile phone rankings in European countries in June, and Huawei are on the list. Huawei Mate 20 X and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, are also the mainstream 5G phones.
As a global priority for 5G terminals, excluding cameras, screens and battery life, the biggest difference between the Huawei Mate 20 X and Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is the configuration of the processor and 5G baseband. Huawei Mate 20 X uses Huawei Heiskirin 980 processor, gabaron 5000 baseband, the biggest highlight of this configuration is to support both NSA and SA networking.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 uses Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 processor and is equipped with Qualcomm X60's 5G baseband. As we all know, the biggest weakness of Qualcomm's 5G baseband is that it does not support SA independent networking. As you know, China Mobile recently said that 5G phones that only support NSA will not be allowed to enter the Internet in 2020.
Of course, the biggest advantage of Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is the price, which sells for about 600 euros, or about 4500 yuan. Huawei's mate20x costs about 8000 yuan.
Huawei recently announced that its first 5G mobile phone, the Mate20x, will also be released on July 25, becoming the first 5G terminal to go on sale in China. Soon, the Chinese people can also buy 5G mobile phones, I believe that in the second half of the year, more countries and domestic 5G mobile phones will become the focus of the world!
