No 5G edition for Huawei P30 Pro, but reserved for Mate 30

The Huawei mate 30 is expected in the fall. And these devices should provide 5G connectivity. That is what Richard Yu, the CEO of the Chinese group, said a few days ago. This falls very well, precisely, because the manufacturer has decided to concentrate his efforts in the second semester 2019 on this new generation of cellular network.
Why does Huawei put 5G on Mate 30 instead of P30 and P30 Pro?
Because, if the Huawei P30 and P30 Pro are not compatible with 5G, it is not a technical constraint but for a purely strategic reason. As the 5G infrastructures were not yet sufficiently in place, it was too early for these two devices. The situation will be better for the mate 30. And if need be, Huawei knows how to handle 5G, proof was given with the mate X – the foldable Smartphone unveiled at MWC – and mate 20 X.
"I think the 5G will be ready this fall. It will be ready for the launch of the mate 30, "said Richard Yu. The mate 30 would arrive more precisely in September next, as indicated by a representative at the MySmartPrice site.
5G, 4K capture at 60 fps, wireless reverse recharge
Regarding its datasheet, the mate 30 Pro would be equipped with a new generation of processor, Kirin 985, designed by HiSilicon, capable in particular to record in 4K to 60 fps, making it the first device of the brand to be able to capture UHD videos at 60 frames per second. And like the P30 Pro, we would find photo sensor sensors at the back. For the rest, a QHD + AMOLED slab, a 4200mAh battery, an IP68 certification and a fingerprint sensor under the screen would be part of the game. This Smartphone could even recharge another one by induction, like the Galaxy S10.
