Nokia X71 adds to the perforated screen and the triple camera

By  Linky Johnson 2019-04-22 128 0

Nokia also goes up to – part of – The big trends for 2019: triple camera with 48 megapixels and perforated screen.

HMD Global continues to deploy the arsenal of phones under the Nokia brand. After its commitment to the five cameras of the Nokia 9 Pureview and its renewed catalogue in the entry range, it premieres nomenclature with another smartphone also ambitious, although more content in its features.

With it, it rises to the Nokia brand to the experiment of the frontal camera by perforating the panel, besides to the triple camera module that we see in much of the terminals of higher range recently presented. This is the Nokia X71.

Nokia X71 Screen

On a technical level, more purely hardware talking, there is little room for surprise. We basically have a Xiaomi my A2 with its already vetus but functional Snapdragon 660 of 2017 with its eight nuclei of 14 nanometers. These are accompanied by a 6 GB RAM memory and 128 GB of internal memory.

Your screen is generous, 6.4 inches in the just FullHD + resolution. Nokia does a good job, yes, to adjust this to the frames of the end, with an almost imperceptible bottom edge. To get this whole screen used, yes, the perforated on the screen we have already seen in alternatives such as the Honor View 20 or the latest Galaxy S10.

Cameras of the Nokia X71

With the first of them also coincides in its main camera, which is uploaded to the 48 megapixels sensor that we also see in the Xiaomi Mi 9. It is accompanied by two other sensors, which ends up being a wide angle with a vision of 120 degrees in a moderate resolution of 8 MP, together with a depth sensor that will support the portrait mode with blur effect. The optics are also signed by Zeiss.

Its battery is generous, but it does not reach a data that surprises in that sense with its 3,500 mAh. It will be able to recharge quickly with its 18 W charger which, although it is far from the best of the industry, is a more than substantial breakthrough compared to previous generations.

Interestingly, the Nokia X71 maintains the 3.5 mm headphone connector. That yes, it stays with a more than tested fingerprint sensor on the back, instead of hugging the sensor under the screen that are incorporating much of the manufacturers with higher ambitions. And this is not bad: the traditional fingerprint sensor tends to work better and faster.
