Of course, not everyone can invest in a device as expensive as the OnePlus 7 Pro. With that in mind, the company has launched OnePlus 7 which has a more attractive price and still an update of the 2018 OnePlus 6T. Check out what changes between them!
OnePlus 7 vs. OnePlus 6T: Hardware
Obviously, the OnePlus 7 couldn't equip a 2018 processor because it's a 2019 release. It therefore includes a Snapdragon 855, Qualcomm's most powerful chipset.
Meanwhile, the OnePlus 6T comes with an 845 Snapdragon. In practice, both will run all the heavier apps and games in peace of mind, with no crashes.
Of course, the new generation will be able to run apps even faster. Moreover, both OnePlus 7 and 6T have variants with 6 and 8 GB of RAM.
OnePlus 7 vs. OnePlus 6T: Screen and Design
When we look at the OnePlus 7, we see clearly that it is very similar to the 6T, mainly looking at its front. In this case, both have a 6.41″ Full HD+ screen and a digital sensor under the screen. However, the new generation has received an even faster and more accurate digital sensor.
Now moving to the back, the look doesn't change much either. The vertically mounted camera design is still present in the new version, which also has a glass finish. However, we have to assume that the OnePlus 7 is even more beautiful than its predecessor.
OnePlus 7 vs. OnePlus 6T: Cameras and Battery
Despite the great similarity in camera design, the sensor settings between the two are quite distinct. In the case of the OnePlus 7, we now have a 48MP main lens with f/1.7 and a 6MP telephoto lens. The OnePlus 6T has a 16 MP lens with f / 1.7 and a 20 MP lens with f / 1.7. Both have a 16 MP selfie sensor.
As previous tests have shown, the OnePlus 6T has a great set of cameras and takes excellent pictures. However, the OnePlus 7 has gone through several improvements in processing, offering HDR+ and the powerful sensor from Sony. This way, you'll get great results in any kind of lighting.
On the battery issue, there have been no changes. Both include a 3,700mAh battery. That way, we'll have to wait for the tests to talk about which one lasts the longest outside the sockets.
