Poco Launcher 2.0 new features and everything you want to know about it

When Xiaomi introduced the Pocophone F1, it already had its own user interface installed as standard but, shortly after, the Chinese manufacturer decided to put it in Google Play so that all users with the Google operating system could use it. Now the interface comes to the Android shop with a facelift, with a version 2.0 that can be downloaded from the following link, supplied directly by Xiaomi.
What's New in Poco Launcher 2.0
Xiaomi, through MIUI's official Twitter account, has published the following video where we can analyze all the new features of Poco Launcher 2.0 for compatible mobiles.
The changes are mostly design, because there is a slight tweak in the icons and themes of the launcher itself, now with more customization options. In addition, the brand has tried to make the experience smoother with the application drawer, one of the main differences between the Poco Launcher and the classic Xiaomi customization layer: MIUI. Now you can also set a semi-transparent background, so you can see your wallpaper even under the black and white/grey layer. Transparency is customisable, so you'll have your main image and dark mode at the same time. In addition, this drawer allows you to group applications according to their category and install third-party icons.
Another of the improvements of the Xiaomi launcher update is to create your own application sections, ready to be classified in folders. Of course, the performance and speed of animations has also been improved with this new update.
A clue to the Pocophone F2?
Curiously, this great update of the launcher of the Pocophone F1 comes just when the rumors of the Pocophone F2 get stronger. That's why there are many of us who think that this is the first step to the launch of the long-awaited phone that, as we have previously revealed, could be the same Redmi K20 Pro renamed for marketing far from Chinese territory.
What smartphones support Poco Launcher 2.0?
Initially, Poco Launcher 2.0 was the default launcher for the Poco F1, but it has since been released with support for all Android phones.
