This week, in a similar way as now, the Chinese social networks knew new details about the future top-of-the-range of Redmi, a terminal that could offer a truly winning combination.
More features of Redmi X
It has been in Chinese social networks where Lu Weibing, one of the most active Redmi executives in these parts, has confirmed one of the most interesting features about the Redmi X camera, and that goes in line with what was known a few days ago and its relationship with the Xiaomi Mi 9. In this case Lu Weibing has confirmed that the mobile future of the house equipped with Snapdragon 855, will have a super wide angle lens, something with which precisely also has the Xiaomi Mi 9.
Something that confirms one of the most insistent rumors about this Redmi X, as it will inherit the same triple camera of the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, which has three sensors of 48, 13 and 8 megapixels. So this new Redmi would have a first-rate camera. Lu Weibing has also confirmed in some way in Chinese social networks that the Redmi X will have 3.5mm mini jack connector, something that is news given the trend by many manufacturers, who are gradually eliminating this connection from their phones.
Another aspect confirmed by Lu Weibing is NFC connectivity, which should also be essential in a smartphone of this type, but which is not as common in the datasheets as one would expect. Therefore, it looks like it will be very well equipped in areas where other manufacturers tend to cut costs. Let's remember that in the photographic and design aspect it is expected that this Redmi X will have an emergent camera, which will be hidden in the upper part of the terminal, and that will allow this phone to reach the market with a large screen without any border, so it will undoubtedly mean the entry through the big door of the tops of the range by the Redmi.
