Redmi K20 rumored to launch as Xiaomi Mi 9T in Europe

A new member of the Xiaomi Mi 9 family will add a new Pro model to the family, we recently reported based on well-known certification documents. A new leak now indicates that the Mi 9T may be an "old friend".
The Polish magazine "SpidersWeb" reveals on the basis of an anonymous but allegedly reliable source that the Redmi flagships K20 and K20 Pro planned for next week in China will also be launched in Poland, but not under these names but as classic Xiaomi phones, specifically Mi 9T and Mi 9T Pro. If this proves to be true, Redmi K20 and K20 Pro would obviously be interim successors to Mi 9 SE and Mi 9, classic "S-Upgrades" so to speak, only that Xiaomi apparently switches to the OnePlus naming scheme here.
What is true for Poland is probably not unlikely for the rest of Europe either, so it's obvious that we'll soon get a new Mi 9 generation with pop-up camera and emergency-free rimless display. The secret informant did not comment on the launch date in Europe. Further information about the differences between Redmi K20 and Redmi K20 Pro and the planned prices and configurations became known shortly before the official launch.
