Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0(2019) leaked by FCC

The Android tablet industry is not doing very well and the situation is even worse if we look at compact tablets, now cannibalized by smartphones of increasingly exaggerated size. Although the market therefore suggests to concentrate efforts elsewhere, the Korean giant Samsung is not afraid to continue in the wake traced in 2010 from the first Galaxy Tab, continuing to satisfy that niche of users still interested in tablets in reduced format.

In fact, a new device has just passed through the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) that, according to the most quoted assumptions, should land on the market under the name of Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2019). For the moment little is known about it, except the 7-inch diagonal display, the presence of a single rear camera and a 4,980 mAh battery.

The rear design follows the classic lines of the Galaxy Tab A series and even from the specifications we do not expect any particular news compared to the recent past. Since it is a device intended for the mid-low end of the market, to contain the price Samsung will have to make some compromises, as per tradition. However, if you are really looking for a 7-inch tablet and prefer not to turn to older models, Samsung may soon have a nice surprise for you.
