On August 9 last year, Samsung launched the initial Galaxy Watch with Galaxy Note 9. Unsurprisingly, we are expected to see the second generation of Galaxy Watch at the Galaxy Note 10 launch in August this year.
Samsung plans to hold a new product launch in New York City on August 7, according to a recent report. There is little news about Galaxy Watch 2, and Samsung is expected to launch versions of 46mm and 42mm. It is believed that the new model will have a certain degree of innovation in internal structure and software functions.
Given that the company has abandoned the rotating bezel on the Galaxy Watch Active, the Galaxy Watch 2 is also expected to achieve a lighter volume and weight. Whether the latter will replace the traditional knob adjustment with digital manipulation has yet to be officially confirmed.
However, it was reported yesterday that Samsung had filed a trademark application for Touch Wheel. If all goes well, users can easily navigate through the various UI interfaces by simply sliding their fingers.
