Samsung Galaxy XCover 4S: specs and price

Recently Samsung's portfolio has undergone a major reorganization. The manufacturer has expired, among others, the Galaxy J line and created the Galaxy M series, and significantly expanded the Galaxy A family (which by doing so ceased to be strictly premium, because there are also more budget models in it).
At the same time, he also seemed to resign from releasing smartphones in reinforced housings within the Galaxy S Active and Galaxy Xcover series. Meanwhile, it turns out that Koreans have not yet said the last word and are preparing for the release of the Galaxy Xcover 4S model.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S
Only four things are known about the latest representative of the Galaxy Xcover series. First, the smartphone bears the code number SM-G398FN. Secondly, it will be equipped with an eight-core (2x ARM Cortex-73 2.2 GHz + 6x ARM Cortex-A53 1.7 GHz; 14 nm FinFET) Exynos 7885 processor with ARM Mali-G71 MP2 graphics. Thirdly, there will also be 3 GB of RAM on board. Fourthly, it will work under Android 9.0 Pie with One UI interface.
Samsung Galaxy Xcover 4S promises to be a decent average, although with not so much high specification as the smartphones from the Galaxy S Active series. Nevertheless, it will be a noticeably better version of the original, because Galaxy Xcover 4 has a quad-core processor on board with a clock frequency of 1.4 GHz, 2 GB RAM and works under the control of Android Oreo (because he got an update, because his adventure on the market began with Android 7.0 Nougat).
According to unofficial reports, Samsung will announce the Galaxy Xcover 4S next month, and the suggested price of this smartphone will be 249 euros (equivalent to ~1070 PLN). As a reminder, Galaxy Xcover 4 cost 259 EUR in Europe and 999 PLN in Poland.
For me, however, the most interesting thing is whether in Galaxy Xcover 4S Samsung will use a screen with classic proportions of 16:9 or more "modern". (19:9 or 19:5:9). The competition, which manufactures reinforced smartphones, has long been installing new types of displays in them, so it would be a little strange if the Koreans hadn't done so. We'll see.
