Sony A7s III: Fall presentation, sensor with global shutter?

Sony event at the NAB 2019
On April 7, 2019, Sony will hold a press conference as part of the NAB 2019, as we have already reported in this article Likewise, we had reported that it is currently unlikely that at this upcoming event, the Sony A7s III will be presented, because with this camera you expected recently rather end of 2019.
Sony A7s III at the earliest in the fall
That the A7s III not to be presented at the NAB 2019 seems to be confirmed now. Sonyalpharumors has learned from a reliable source that the A7s III will probably be presented in the fall of 2019. Another source confirms that the A7s III should be expected at the earliest in autumn 2019.
That means it will take a few more months for the A7s III to hit the market. And as one knows Sony, it would certainly also be conceivable that the new DSLM will be presented in the end only in 2020.
New sensor with Global Shutter?
Sony had announced in an interview last year that you need much more development time for the A7s III. Now, the source already mentioned hints on what exactly this development time is needed for. She says that the Sony A7s III should be equipped with a new "memory stacked sensor", which can be described as a great innovation and game changer.
Unfortunately, we do not yet know exactly how this great innovation will look like. But many sides suspect that it could be a sensor with global shutter - which would be especially for videographers who will address the Sony A7s III, among others, a really exciting innovation.
Personally, I could very well imagine that Sony would like to offer the A7s III with Global Shutter, again to have a clear competitive advantage over the competition, which has caught up in the last few months in the video field. And in recent months Sony has already presented various sensors with Global Shutter, only a full-format sensor was there as far as I know not yet there.
What is a Global Shutter?
For a sensor with Global Shutter, shutter speed starts and ends for all pixels simultaneously . In a conventional CMOS sensor with rolling shutter this is not the case, here are the individual rows on the sensor illuminated consecutively . This can lead to unwanted "distortions" and the so-called rolling-shutter effect with fast movements and pans.
